I love that once set up, you can iterate and build pages so quickly. Lots of freedom to do whatever you need. Has helped our team spin up new pages incredibly quickly. It's honestly helped our team a ton.
It's not set up to be the best enterprise solution. While you can set up lots of things to work for the enterprise, definitely geared toward smaller organizations. The responsive solutions are just Mobile & Desktop, but I think Tablet would've been an amazing addition.
It's helping us solve our need for digital marketers to make changes without fully relying on Web Development.
Instapage's greatest feature is the ability to create "global blocks" of content that can be used across many different landing pages. Any edits to these global blocks automatically updates all the landing pages that include that particular block of content. This makes changes to pricing, promotion, hero shots, and messaging easy to update at scale.
The biggest "bug" is the inability to edit blocks of content from the content block library. The only way to edit a block is to do so within a landing page. This is a bit clumsy and should be fixed by the Instapage product team.
Instapage is a good fit for my needs because it's designed to manage landing page testing at scale. It's also a very good editor that allows for the easy creation of new landing pages.
- Very easy to use and teach to others, immense flexibility - Good & responsive support team - Easy-to-use A/B testing function
- Inability to add pages to folders from the search function is aggravating, and getting thumbnail images to render correctly is a chore. - Text formatting is handled is unwieldy: you can't convert text from headers to paragraphs and vice versa, because the Instapage builder treats headers and paragraphs as two different elements. - Lack of an out-of-the-box integration with Hubspot forms is annoying - Analytics can't be exported to Excel or Google Sheets, and nothing in the analytics view shows whether a page is currently published or not
We lean on Instapage heavily to create landing pages for ads, as well as a slew of other one-off pages that are separate from our main website. It's really proven itself to be invaluable as a way to quickly create highly customized pages, without dealing with the limitations of a tool like Craft or Wordpress.
Intuitive UI, with a broad choice of design options
Mobile page design still feels a little clunky
Enables us to quickly create landing pages for community announcements to effectively disseminate complex information
The instant connection between google ads and Instapage. This feature really awesome because it can help our team to set the URL for each of our google ads faster and efficiently.
The price. I mean, if Instapage can break down the price according to the feature we want to use, that will be awesome. Because not everyone needs to use all the features. So it will be a waste of money from the customer's perspective.
My company has so many ads, thus setting the URL Landing Page for each ad will be time-consuming. Thus, by using Instapage, my team can set the URL for Landing Pages much faster.
Instablocks is the best feature, in my opinion. The 'My blocks' section allows me to store repeatable elements, saving time when creating pages.
The mobile version of the pages takes the most time to re-organise.
Instapage allows me to create high-converting landing pages for clients that may not have access to their global sites. It happens more than you would think.
I love the builder's simplicity, which is easy to use even if you lack coding experience. It integrates easily with Google Tag Manager and is a breeze to install pixel codes, etc. It also integrates well with our proprietary CRM.
The price is the biggest hurdle. A subscription for our company costs almost $3k per month. Also, the subscription came with things we really didn't need. For example, we have 30 hours of production time included in our subscription, which we pay for. However, our company has a complete production team in-house and we struggle to find a use for these hours.
We switched from our previous provider because there were several issues when integrating with our forms processor, which caused issues with reporting in the old app and Google Analytics. Instapage fixed all of that while providing a simple builder with plenty of customization.
Admin dashboard was intuitive and easy to use.
Hard to duplicate certain elements. Some limitations around creating custom elements without code.
A/B testing, landing page testing. Very easy to conduct experiments.
I like the templates and easy user expereince
I dislike the fact that there is no autosave. I lost a whole day of work after my computer shut down on me before i could manually save.
We are creating landing pages for our website for promotional items
The ability to save blocks and use the Global Blocks feature to make sweeping changes to multiple landing pages under the same workspace at the same time has been very helpful.
At the moment, it's challenging to do anything dynamically. For instance, we've been looking for ways to dynamically change the years on the footers of our landing pages. Currently, to do that, we'd have to go into each workspace and at a minimum change those footers into Global Blocks and add the Global Blocks to each landing page in the workspace individually. We run into the same issue with phone numbers. We would like to eventually have the ability to have one landing page with a dynamically changed call tracking phone number based on the Google Ads that a customer comes from.
The ability to manage multiple landing pages at once and ensure that we are remaining consistent with our designs and content across every iteration has been a big time-saver for us. We are often managing landing pages representing multiple locations, and utilizing Global Blocks has made that process more efficient and faster.
The platform is super easy to use. Collaboration within the team is also easy to do. I've been using InstaPage for my marketing campaign over 2 years and it's really effective!
InstaPage lacks some features that website builder has such as picture/video slideshows, or adding animations in the texts/pics. Or maybe the tool has these features but requires some coding skills. And the cost is higher than other website builder tool
I used to have a problem regard the integration with Google Analytics or Facebook Pixels, cause I followed all the steps but it did not work. But as I mention, the customer service is super helpful, so things were sorted out quickly.
I appreciate the ease of using it from a design-facing side. The elements are extremely easy to edit, move, delete, etc. and there is little development team work needed.
There are several random and small bugs that everytime I've gone to support for with help, they are unable to recreate the issue on their side and even after sending documentation of this there is no solution to fix it.
Our company has several buying guides that we use on Instapage. We also can generate content quickly from this platform, if we have a landing page we'd like to crank out quickly.
Easy , simplasty in use Fast pages. Easy for beginners
Hard to edit using JavaScript And html Not good with coding
Help me getting to my audinance with small coast
Instapage is excellent for the quick setup of static campaign pages. The building blocks are great for getting started with a page, and the WYSIWYG editor makes designing and publishing easy. Its testing and analytics functionalities make optimizing Landing Pages very intuitive. The customer support is excellent as well!
Instapage is not the best solution for building pages in multiple languages or if you want to develop a pixel-perfect page that matches your brand.
We were searching for a solution that allowed us to build Landing Pages aligned with our Marketing Campaigns. With Instapage, we can now create custom pages for all our campaigns which had a massive impact on campaign success. A page can be built and published within a day which makes us quite flexible with the planning and execution of campaigns.
Easy to build and fast to deploy for a variety of needs.
Less extensible than some other platforms.
Quick page building allows us to optimize ad user experiences and run fun giveaways!
The design process is super easy and allows me to create precisely the interfaces I want. I also appreciate the integrations into other apps, which enables us to gather valuable data. Additionally, their Customer service is fast and helpful.
I often find we hit the limit on the number of landing pages and wish there was a higher maximum on our plan.
Our business often requires setting up new projects very quickly, which would take too long to design and build in our website. We benefit from being able to promptly publish a landing page and integrate the data from it.
The ability to customize and change the web layout freely. It's also very user-friendly for non-web designers or developers.
To redo the mobile view again after designing the desktop view -- not automatically adjusted for mobile. Not able to integrate with Figma easily. Not able to templatise one set and duplicate the set for multiple website.
Paid media landing pages for my paid channels. Easy to use and set up lead form in the page.
The features and customer support has always been relatively strong.
Sometimes, features fail causing issues with conversions and while some days customer support is instant, other times, you just never hear back.
Conversions have always been great compared to competitors and their pricing is actually pretty decent with the features offered compared to Unbounce or other companies.
It is very quick and easy to put together a landing page. Saves us so much time and makes it possible to create several pages quickly for different marketing campaigns
There was recent outages that are of concern to us - our landing pages were down for several hours and if this keeps happening we need to look for an alternative service
Cuts out waiting for the dev team to create and approve pages
It is so simple to create and duplicate similar versions of landing pages in minutes.
If you want to add custom elements like a sticky CTA, you’ll likely want to pull in someone who is familiar with code, otherwise other elements are a breeze.
