History of personas is helpful
It is a fair and necessary tool that every company should have, through it you can get all the necessary information you seek from your customers at the time of partnership and maintain direct contact with them. The information provided by the contact is totally updated and accurate, complying with the data needed by the organization. It has been easy to use and without many complications.
On one occasion, I obtained some distracted information from a client. Only once, otherwise all the information has been completely accurate to whatever organization is looking for.
Used mostly by the sales department of the organization, it is the tool that provides us with the fair and necessary information we need from the customer. We also use it to find information about the companies with which we want to make agreements or partnerships, in order to identify the most accurate and appropriate contacts. We are very comfortable with the tool thanks to its ability to provide us with the information we really want from the client as well as his personal phone number, email, among others.
In a world where data is key, ZoomInfo is a god. This platform can provide you with important information such as phone numbers and emails for key decision makers at nearly every company imaginable.
There's not much not to like. There is sometimes issues with all contact information being up-to-date, but usually it is on-point.
This has been a very helpful tool when it comes to prospecting potential target prospects.

I realized that if I'm looking for someone ZoomInfo is the number one website that I can go to and that its easy to search for anyone with just one type in the search bar.
Zoominfo is really easy to use! Love it. It helps me a lot to find people, get info, and reach out to them quicker. I don't have to go hunting for email addresses and contact information. It's easy to navigate and all of the filters really help. I also like all the lists that I can export from ZoomInfo. This saves me a ton of time and allows me to effectively plan out strategies.
Can't always find what I'm looking for. Sometimes I'll be looking for a person that I know works at a particular company but they won't come up on Zoominfo. I also don't like how when you search in the main bar, you can only go with the suggested results and you can't just hit search.
Connecting with prospects quickly and easily. It's great how it integrates with other platforms. It allows me to find people, get their data, and then also use that data in an outreach platform or put it in Salesforce. It's very useful in that sense. I don't love how it makes me go with a suggested search under the main search bar. I'd like to just search and click enter and see what comes up. Also, sometimes there are contacts or companies that I can't find. For instance, I can know someone works at a particular place, but then I can't find them. Also, when I'm selecting multiple contacts, it would be easier to see them all on one page and maybe even sort by the ones currently checked off.
Zoominfo is a great application to handle any data issues. We use zoominfo everyday to search people, their employment history, their educational history, their area of work and other information which is difficult to be found on any other platform with such detail. The scoops, events and other various options like lists search help in a great way to make our data perfect and error free. The employment history, educational history, local location, HQ location and supplementary emails just enhance the data to another level. Along with that the advanced search filters are really great and wide spread options to make the search make it really powerful and easy to get required results. Zoominfo has been part of our work from many years and helped us look at our data even more clearly.
Zoominfo being a great application sometimes doesn't update the recent job changes of people and thus it becomes difficult to check on the correct emails or company details. Also, on few occasions there are multiple results for the same person with the previous and the current company which confuses the user if the person has actually changes their company or not.
Zoominfo comes in handy for us on everyday basis. We can search the person along with his company details whether in present or past. Also the recent update with search option to use email is a great addition. Sometimes the name of a person is not clear from just the email so to search a person directly using email lifts up a huge factor of searching the person on the internet. The lists options lets us upload list of people to be enhanced and find their emails really quick.
The functionality of the web app, it makes it insanely easy for me to prospect based off of the industry/vertical I am tackling. Work for a company who's product is very horizontal so the breadth at which I can cast a net is huge.

Finding new contacts and sequencing them into Outreach without ever touching Salesforce or Outreach. It minimized the amount of time I spend in SFDC which is a huge time saver.
It provides very accurate contact information which helps our LeadGen team reach out to the correct decision makers of each company. It is also very easy to use!

Zoominfo is a very powerful tool allowing instant access to the right contacts. I can easily search for several job titles within a company at the same time, which is very valuable in my field, as many times, as there may be multiple decision makers within the organization. The tool also has great compatibility and integration options with our Salesforce CRM platform, allowing us to import contacts directly to our system. Additionally, we can pull instant reports of company contacts. It also has powerful tools to help identify upcoming buying indicators via media & news articles.
Some smaller companies (less than $1m rev) will not be listed or may only have limited or incomplete contact information available. Depending on which level of the product and what features you choose, the cost of the licenses can get a bit expensive as well, so this purchase might be a bit more to consider for smaller organizations.

Some contacts need to be updated and fixed, pictures and sometimes a slow website would make the experience a ton better. I would love this tool even more if we could have this updated and fixed. I have had a ton of success with ZoomInfo this far and definitely would continue to use it but this would make it even more of a recommendation to myself, colleagues and friends. I am a active user of Zoom Info and a super user at Lenovo. I greatly value my prospecting time so this is a giant help to my success as a Lenovo AE in the field. Lack of info is fixed, more accurate dates and addresses. Pictures can be wrong also and working dates can also be off. I like the parameters I can set up in advance of a search to find the targeted prospects I am looking for by many different fields.
I would like to see a lookup by cell or office number to find certain targets. It would be useful because sometimes the cell number is the same but they have actually changed companies from the one I was looking for in the database
We must target 7 to 10 new targets a day to add to our DATABASE in Salesforce. It makes it convenient to have them linked to Salesforce as a timesaver in loading the leads. The benefits are that I never run out of new prospects to call.
Easy to search, export, and saved searches. What I also like the most is that when I found a lead from LinkedIn I can search the lead from Zoominfo using the ZoomInfo reachout extension and export it to my salesforce which is very convenient. I also like the functionality of where you can see the subsidiary of the company which will give you idea who and where are you going to contact. All the filters for searching are also awesome where you can select a lot of options.
Nothing, all features are good and easy to access.
Saving multiple searches and I have the option where zoom info send me email if there's updated information on my saved searches. This will help me not to verify if that lead information is still updated or not. A lot of option or scoops in searching is very helpful.
Very useful to see in-depth information about company personnel. The reach-out tool is very handy to get information within company websites. It is easy to use It integrates well with salesforce to export contacts
Some of the information is a bit dated, and im not sure how to put notes that there may be need to update the information. Sometimes it refreshes the page while im looking at information, so i have to start again to request for my data I dislike that there is a limit of twenty five contacts to export at a single go It would be nice if it could group contacts from the same company so that you can select a company name and export as a group. i feel the site still has room for optimization to allow for slower network speeds
Sometimes it may be a bit slow to load the reach-out tool, maybe it has something to do with my internet speeds not sure. Ability to view the entire organization ,so sometimes i would have started looking for a particular person within one organization and walk away with several leads after that. lead generation and searching is one of my key result areas, and i am able to search by industry and other filters in order to be able to narrow down my searches to information specific to my specific needs at any given point in time.
How quickly I can find the correct person I need in order to move the prospect company forward in the sales process.
For my mailings in is a bit frustrating not being able to select local address only and if not available be able to filter contact out and vice versa. What is happening is: I enter local address but it is incomplete and the contact gets added to my list and I have to manually search and remove them.
Reducing time in collecting contact information, being able to customize our marketing strategy and make extremely targeted lists.
Ability to easily find and pull contacts in mass. The intent tab is probably my favorite feature though. Being able to look at what my prospects are searching in order to have a conversation with them that would be relevant to their current initiatives is a game changer for our team. Cold outreach is hard enough, so having any talking point that genuinely peaks the interest of a prospect is almost like having a cheat code while prospecting. Another feature that we love is the advanced search tool. Being able to find companies that fit my specific targets within my designated terriroy has helped me tremendously. All in all I enjoy this tool.
Missing a lot of companies and relevant contacts. If you're customer base is primarily startups, this may not be the platform for you or your team. I worked with a lot of companies in the bay area and in states such as Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma, and really struggled to find both accounts and relevant contacts from this platform.
Growing our customer base. Cold outreach is our primary use of this tool. We've benefited tremendously as an org and sales team by using discoverorg powered by Zoom Info. This has cut down the time we spend researching prospects contact information tremendously. I feel as though every sales team should be suing this tool if they aren't already. You're missing out on so many opportunities! Especially if you're utilizing the intent tab.
Love the Hubspot integration. It's great to be able to push contacts directly to Hubspot for nurture. It's also great to create lists and get updates via email when things happen at those accounts. Sorting by technology installations is important too. All in all, EXCELLENT!
If a company doesn't exist in Hubspot, I'd like to be able to push the new record in, similar to how I push a contact. Now I have to stop what I'm doing, go to Hubspot, create the company record, then go back to Discoverorg.com to push contacts. It would be way more seamless if I could just push a company when it didn't exist.
I identify companies showing high-value actions on my website via LIVE Leads from KickFire. I use their Discoverorg.com integration to shoot right into the company record. I find the ICP and push to Hubspot. Lickety-split! (full disclosure, I work for KickFire)
