The accuracy of the the data is second to none. I have up to date and accurate info at my disposal at any given moment.
Sometimes the OS will lag, but for the most part its pretty good. No complaints
It helps me find leads with the correct information and gives me the mobile and direct phone numbers to call. We do extensive account research into company financials and ZoomInfo does the job with this
Company name, website, contacts, and annual rev. Updown of things is that not all contacts can be correct or current, even with annual rev as well.
comapany contacts are not always updated correctly, sometimes companies go out of buisness but still show up as current, annual rev. would be helpful if contacts, annual rev was updated as best as possibly.

I enjoy the LinkedIn integration feature. Along with the contact's email, number, and mobile number, I can conveniently click on their LinkedIn to engage there.
I have found the Intent feature to not be as accurate as portrayed. At times the signal score is high but when I call into that company, I find that they are not looking at what the intent signal was for
The biggest problem it solves is disconnection from my leads. ZoomInfo allows me to get accurate contact information and lets me know if that company has been on our company's website which allows me to know how to pitch myself to a prospect.
Using ZoomInfo you can find the best contacts with their roles, phone numbers, emails, and where they are based. I would recommend ZoomInfo to anyone in sales looking for candidates to help grow their business.
There are not many downsides to using ZoomInfo. The only bad thing I truly notice is that sometimes there is an abundance of information which can sometimes be overwhelming, which is still a good thing.
ZoomInfo is taking the stress out of my day to day struggle of spending countless hours looking for companies and contacts that fit in line with the businesses I am looking to call on.

I can utilize it to reach out to prosepcts that I may have the wrong information for in Salesforce, or it may be outdated.
I truly do not know of any downsides besides the prospect asking how I found their contact info.
Correct and updated contact information
I love how many options ZoomInfo offers for more specific searches. For example, you can search by locations, technologies used (might be my favorite), or even by scoops.
Although I do love ZoomInfo so much, I feel like I often get leads that do not fit the parameters I outlined mixed in with my searches. It's never a huge deal, I filter and clean them but it is just a little annoying.
Zoom continues to update and add features to keep making their search parameters the most dynamic available. No one offers more leads and more ways to customize so you can really get to the perfect targets than Zoom.
The interface is very easy to use. I am able to source contact info while calling in outreach using the chrome extension.
Sometimes its not the most up to date info.

I appreciate that ZoomInfo's prospect data is quite accurate. It seems ZoomInfo's platform does less guessing than the other tools we use at my company.
Nothing really comes to mind. I am certain that I don't use ZoomInfo to its fullest potential! There are features that I don't currently use.
I prospect A LOT. My company uses ZoomInfo along with two other platforms to find prospect info. Quite often, ZoomInfo has email addresses and/or phone numbers that the other two platforms do not offer.
Having access to a decison makers cell phone has been a huge help
I wish they did updates more frequently. and i wish they checked the LinkedIn icon. Many times it is the wrong linked account in the wrong state
I am cutting through all the red tape qwith gatekeepers and being able to call/text who i really need

This is the best, most well-rounded sales tool I've used in my 3+ years in sales.

ZoomInfo makes finding new leads very easy, and helps me warm-up my cold outreach. I'm also able to easily find accurate ways to reach out to the prospect through ZoomInfo.
Zoom has been very accurate for me providing a detailed list of employees . It has been easy to use and figure out without a formal training. We can set up specifc target lists in our prospecting territories and ahve automated emails sent daily. Not only can you get personal information but it will also provide you with a link to that individuals Linkedin page. Also, New feature that provides more accurate info on who answeres via email and cell is nice.

Zoom info is providing a detailed list of prospects that I would otherwise be looking on google. This provides companies that might not come up quickly during an online search, especially companies that have a smaller revenue stream.

You have virtually access to all viable information you need. You create and customize list with potential prospect that are within your target range. Easy to use, number of features, integration in CRM works smoothly.

Finding new hires into positions. Finding people who have left positions. Giving email, phone numbers and ways to get ahold of prospects. Makes my job a ton easier because I have everything under one place. Also it the prospects who just hired into the position we target are always going to be hotter leads.

It can pull data using linkedin, webistes, and other platforms. The data is accurate and the tool allows you to find a lot of information on a company or future client.
The only thing I can think of is that it sometimes freezes or gets stuck but it's easy to fix just by refreshing your page.
-It helps me do research on a future client. With all the different features I can find contact information, news insight, revenue, and much more all through this one platform.
In general, I employ it primarily for lead generation, and what stands out to me about this tool is the quality of its data.
The least beneficial aspect is the templates and forms.
