As with all data/information sources, things can get out of date pretty quickly.
Setting baseline research and filling in the blanks with tribal knowledge from the industry

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Zoominfo. It's such a helpful tool that I am on almost all day prospecting and finding new business.

My favorite part is the building of lists from categories I choose.
I don't have the full experience version. I can see there are a lot of greater insights that a company would find resourceful.
We are able to breakdown the barriers with potential clients because Zoom offers a full explanation of the prospected company and their org chart. This allows us to cut right through the door and get to the right person on the first call. Successful! Also giving us similar companies has increased our vision and path of prospects. We are able to get sometimes 7 layers in and still get good information.

Getting a hold of important contacts without internet searching
Finding a decision maker or a gneral contact for a business has been much easier using zoom. Scoops has been a great way to lead into a cold call becasue it helps make it seem like you have more in depth knoledge about the company. I love the intent page to see what companies in my area are searching for. It saves time searching for companies info also and that is huge!
Sometimes there is no info on the business for contacts. It only shows a corporate location, ffor example if I need to look up a subway for a location and want to know a contact for that specific subway it wont show. It only shows the corporate information.

I love that I can easily look up information on different prospects and companies specifically around changes in companies and contact information. To be honest, I don't know if I'd be able to do my job effectively without Zoominfo.
I think the advanced search can use a little work. It is pretty confusing to dig through the amount of information and find ways to filter through everything!
Solving problems of getting the best contact information as well as intel on companies to leverage when reaching out. I have realized the benefit of staying on top of your companies by saving and subscribing your saved searches!
The easy to use interface allows me to pinpoint the exact people I am looking to target. You can drill down to the specific position or Demographic you are loooking to target and get high level detailed information on the accounts.
Some of the personal data is occasionally outdated. It is a rare occurance and never poses to much of an issue but it does sometimes happen.
It allows me to find the proper decision makers at the companies I am prospecting and gives real insight as to who would be a good person to target. I have been able to get more meetings with key prospects and decision makers.
The layout is easy to understand and use. I like the amount of filters that are available to really drive down and find the correct results that I am looking for. Also, it is nice to have all of the information on the contact on one page, including 1 click to view them on LinkedIn, call them, email, etc. The scoops feature is great to find the best time to reach out to someone.
You can customize the homepage, except for the ZoomInfo Updates section, that appears at the top and there is not a way to remove that or have that move to the bottom. It is grey and white predominantly and there is not a lot of color to differentiate things on the page. It would be nice to have some of the sections highlighted using different colors to break it up and understand what is where more quickly.
Finding prospects to sell to. Using this tool to try and get the right content for email & phone reach out to the right contact and possibly at the right time.
The best tool for bulk prospecting. Easy to use filters to narrow down from a list of prospects. My favorite part is that I can upload my entire list of accounts and sort by title for multiple companies. The technology filter is one I also use religiously to do target prospecting.
There the only filter that gives me trouble is the region filter. All of my accounts are located in the US and Canada but even when I filter them by region I tend to find prospects from all over the world end up on my list. I then have to clean out the report.
Bulk prospecting is now a breeze. I can target my prospecting by technologies my accounts are using. I don't need to look hard for contact information anymore.
I found ZoomInfo very easy to use and responsive when I entered a query to search details that I needed to build a contact list. Once I got started it was very responsive and gave me easily laid out page by page responses of data that I could save into a list or correct entry by entry. I found the data to be very valid and timely for the contact list I was building.
Compared to the other contact management solutions I had tried to build out my list zoom info wasn't especially unique. this really could be seen either way as a defacto fault or strength.
I needed fast and reliable lists of contacts so I could build out my pipeline.
ZoomInfo is an amazing platform. Unlike anything I have used in the past. I am able to get a ton of information that is accurate and able to use it to make great connections and business decisions. ZoomInfo has all tools and data anyone needs all in one spot. I would recommend ZoomInfo to anyone who is looking for accurate data and insights.
There is honestly nothing I don't like about ZoomInfo. They made a recent change to the user interface that is taking some time to get used to but it is all good change.
I am able to get accurate data and use that to reach out and make connections. The data is accurate and the insights are helpful.

ZoomInfo helps me find accurate contact information for prospective clients that I couldn't easily find anywhere else. This helps me reach the right people quickly and has helped me build my book of business. The ReachOut tool is great because I can visit a company's website and find a person to contact and their phone number almost instantly.
My only complaint used to be that sometimes ZoomInfo wouldn't have phone numbers listed for some individuals, but since we upgraded from Legacy ZoomInfo, this is rarely an issue anymore.
Before ZoomInfo, we didn't have a good way to find contact information for prospective clients. Most company websites don't have email and phone directories on them and it's often difficult to reach someone by calling the front desk. ZoomInfo has provided us with direct lines and email addresses for most of our prospective clients, which has helped us reach the right person more quickly and easily.

The most helpful aspect of ZoomInfo is the remarkable ability to filter. With their huge amount of data, you could be easily overwhelmed with results. Because they provide hundreds of filters in uncountable combinations, the data is accessible and useful.
The interface could be improved. The big plus--powerful filters--make the GUI a bit cluttered and there is without a doubt, a learning curve.
I use it for two purposes. First, it is my primary source of new people to reach out to in order to open new business. I also use it to enrich existing clients and to add more contacts to customer accounts.
We have been customers of zoom info for awhile now and we absolutely love the ease of using it. Zoom Info does a great job at providing the information we need to succeed.
There is not much that we dislike about zoom info. One small thing would be typically if a contact has not worked at a company for a year or more it is sometimes harder to find their information.
We have noticed we are getting in touch with many hiring managers, if we did not have this tool that would be harder to achieve. We have realized that using zoom info has benefited our company greatly.
