At Zoho Surveys we can work with many great survey management tools. Not only can they be created, they can also be measured according to a ranking system to know which surveys have been more successful than the rest, and you can work with templates.
The checkbox system used in matrix choice surveys sometimes does not select the options correctly, so we decided to implement the radio buttons system. There is not a big problem with this as the solution was very straightforward, but the dev team should check this out.
Before using Zoho Surveys, the time spent generating a survey was much longer, and the data collection tools weren't that good at accuracy. It's great to be able to work with software where we can draw conclusions so quickly.

I like it because it is very comfortable, easy to use and really intuitive, I like that it is also very aesthetic, it has a very nice interface, it has everything I am looking for to design my surveys, many templates and a great variety of graphics, really nice.
I do not have anything negative to say for now, excellent experience.
The result is impeccable, I liked that it really is a program with a very intuitive application, very good tools, at the time of the surveys we had many options and designs to create them, absolutely the best.
We can easily share materials from wherever we want,Administration is also made easy there is no need for internet connection in order to collect responses
It is somewhat expensive for small organizations and interface looks clumsy
Easy to create surveys and built-in reports, as well as interactive charts it is also integrated with other popular business apps.
The system can still acquire the survey responses even if it is offline or down and lets you upload it when the internet connection is back.
Cannot open any number of surveys for same app using different survey templates
Zoho's easy sharing capability is very useful and export and import as well as maintenance of data in any format makes zoho different from any other survey apps
Generating Payroll and maintaining historical data in CRM is awesome
Beginner cannot understand the ZOHO ERP solution very quickly

I like that when I need IT help we can log into Zoho and the IT dept can take control of my screen and remedy my issues. This saves us time having to try and schedule an IT Tech to arrive to our offices to diagnose the issues. Zoho allow us to screen share immediately and we normally have the issue resolved within minutes.
So far I haven't found anything that i dislike about the software. It offers everything we need to handle the tasks at the moment.
We really only use Zoho when we are in need of technical assistance within our computers. so we are able to contact our IT dept and they are able to log into our towers and navigate through the screens to find where the problem lies. this saves us time and money.
It is very helpful for taking the survey among than costumers to know the Right thing
