Sprints is a very friendly tool for all its users thanks to the platform and interface where it is developed additional is a very useful application when we want to perform a planning and monitoring of a project to be executed, in my case this software is used in the projects of planning in the bank where I currently work, in it the tasks of the projects to be carried out are easily created and it provides us with reports that have squares, tables and diagrams that favors us to a better analysis for the execution of the project, it also allows us to schedule the meetings and interacting with the people responsible for the project through messages and comments. The scrum board module allows us to see all the work to provide the team with the evolution of the project. In general it is a very useful tool to streamline projects within the organization, through its application for mobil we can know the status of our projects outside the office this is a great advantage.

It is a very complete and effective software to create our business project planning however we must take care of the technological requirements for a better interaction with the tool. We must have a good internet connection to avoid interruptions when executing our project

This application is nice at the time of creating and executing our projects, I work in the banking system and the benefits of this tool are many because it helps us to start and finish projects quickly, where time and money is saved is important for any trade financial and administrative, within the tool allows us to organize in teams and interact with each other for better communication provides messages and comments among team members.

Zoho Sprints have a really nice display, a great capacity for order notes, jobs, informs. For a hole team is great becasouse you can see the progress of everyone in the office at the same time.

Anything, i think that is a great plataform

I"m solving works, investigation that needs to be completed in a period of time for my hole team. So i can work with proyects and also i can see their progres.

Honestly, nothing. This is perfect for the projects we do at our start up.

It is an easy platform where I am able to insert multiple projectss for our product development activities and follow them on time. I like the fact that you can assign tasks to each member and you can see the input of each one of them

Simple and effective software development management tool

It is a very cookie-cutter task management system. You are given all the screens, fields you'd expect and wish to customize. It is very vanilla, nothing new or ground breaking, but you have everything you will need.

Even though the UI is rich, the experience is not. WIsh the UI was more configurable, so that you could add some quick actions and create a more dynamic screens.

Very easy to create sprints and manage them. Easily create a bank of tasks/issues that we can keep a record of.

Ease of use. Simple navigation. Easy customization

Cant see multiple projects list on-screen with there corresponding sprints

Faster deliveries, managing change requests, coordinating with QA

The best thing in this zoho sprint is that you can create your Product/Project goals as Epics and can track its performance which will help you to check the project progress. And through this, you can follow the sprint performance as well.

Zoho Sprint is more likely a Project App but not a product app because a product app needs to measure some parameters that are: 1. From which customer the Change request came from, and the user cannot create a project for each client. 2.Product Module and sub-module backlogs should have a better report or analytics to understand how we can close this.

We are setting our processes for Product change requests in a more efficient way to manage these requests. We have received the benefits to have a correct track for each change request, and we never miss the timelines.

We as a PMO need to control all projects including software development ones, since we already have Zoho Projects, and Zoho Sprints is fully integrated, theses are the perfect solution for us.

Zoho Sprints es simple y sencillo de usar. La vista de proyectos con el resumen de sprints, historias, tareas y errores me parece muy util. El reporte de horas del equipo y su consumo me durante el sprint me parece lo más ventajoso, asi como la posibilidad de poder crear templates propios, por ejemplo, para definir test cases ( esto me parece lo mejor, a diferencia de otras herramientas que he usando anteriormente)

No encontré la manera de colocar la duracion en tiempo de las tareas en las cards, para que se puedan visualizar en el kamban board- Seria interesante poder hacerlo. O un reporte que sume el tiempo total estimado puesto en cada tarea de un sprint

El tener a todo el equipo comunicado y usando la misma herramienta, ya que anteriormente un equipo usada trello y el otro jira, ya que jira no acepta mas de 10 usuarios con la version que teniamos.
