I love the additional functionalities available without the large price tags. Zoho has all the integrations of the other recruitment software but they don't charge per integration and there is no need to download additional products - it can all be done within Zoho. The implementation was very straight forward and took minimal time. The customizable dashboard is great too because you can have the layout the best way it suits you.

I haven't found any downsides yet after using it for a few months

I have realized that you can have everything you need under one umbrella without having to pay for numerous add ons which end up costing as with the other systems we have used. A lot of the software we looked at charged per integration and per-user which worked out costly and Zoho does it all for a fraction of the cost.

the ability to have a pre done recruitment CRM is brilliant so far so good, would like to trail it a little longer to get a better feel but so far not had a problem

The feeling of being held to Ransome for the data I upload, the inability to amend the users as and when the business sees fit, some times it feels like there is a lack of understanding when it comes to what we the clients need, for Zoho recruit and workely there is much to improve, the CRM has difficulties in using API's with My Wix website, as well with the Wix domain, and what you are left with is a candidate portal with Zoho logos all over it, its hard to keep some form of ownership to what you pay for.

my problems with zoho recruit are:- Wix API integration Candidate login has zoho logo all over it unable to remove users for the next month without being charged for it after you have made a payment for the previous month. getting charged £50 instead of 50 euros

Our experience with Zoho is one which has proved to excellent value for money. The product is really good value for money and they are very few features which we feel it is missing. We have used some big named CRM systems in the past and feel this is a comparable product at a significantly lower price.

It appears that you can send out multiple candidate cvs to multiple clients and have them associate with the candidate. This may be a safety system to stop recruiters spanning contacts but we feel done in a controlled manager it should be useful to all involved. That being said, we may have just not managed to work it out properly yet!

As of ow everything is fine with zoho and we have to use this regularly to check its service

Its interface is very basic, I would like an update where they could highlight through labels the best applicants before the selection process in addition to certain limitations in terms of the systematization of data .

I use the platform all day, every day and have rarely had to reach out for support, but the few times I needed help, it was readily available and very effective. As a freelance recruiter that recently expanded into a small agency, I've been extreemly dependent on clients who provided a seat with LinkedIn Recruiter and ultimately purchased a subscription to Recruiter Lite as I expanded my business. As my client base expanded however, it was very frustrating to discover that LinkedIn offered zero scalable solutions between Recruiter Lite and the shockingly expensive, full version of Recruiter. Under duress I tried diffent platforms like JobDiva, BullHorn & Recruit CRM but was dissatisfied with either the non-intuitive interface or lack of features I found on platforms in a more affordable price range. Finally however, ZOHO Recruit not only solved these problems for me, I was eventually able to grow my client base and confidently take on additional job requisitions as well as expand strategic HR project support by scaling the platform to increase the level of organization and structure in candidate outreach and pipelining as well as providing increased detail in progress reporting. The cost for the services offered. Most ATS systems are quite expensive and for a small to medium size business this is a great ATS that helps you stay organized for an affordable cost.This software is easy to implement internally, so you don't have the initial implementation costs to worry about.

I did not see any features that I did not like. I would suggest maybe making the dashboard more visually appealing. Overall it's easy to get around, but could use some upgrades to the look of the platform.

Coming from a large company, I needed to find something that was more cost effective for a small business. Zoho Recruit gives you a free trial of it's software system, and then is very affordable thereafter. It as pretty much all the bells and whistles that other software solutions have.
