I recently had the pleasure of using Recruit Zoho for my company's hiring needs, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations on multiple fronts. As someone deeply involved in the recruitment process, I have encountered various platforms, but Recruit Zoho stands out for its user-friendly interface, powerful features, and seamless integration.

Pricing could be bit low for small and start ups

My favorite features are the video interviews, feedback form, candidate and client portals. Overall the system makes it easier to manage the recruiting process from application intake to hiring, making it more transparent and easier to communicate between team members.

(We tried the Staffing Agency version) I don't like that they try to charge for each client portal access individually, that's the part that adds up the most. They also limit video interviews and is an added charge.

Zoho recruit centralizes the information for all key members in the process, the team, candidates and clients. That makes it easier to keep track of what is going on at every stage and communicate throughout the process.

Zoho is efficient, cost effective, and powerful.

Nothing pertinent. It's great as is. No complaints.

Automation, mass emails, database managment, etc

ZOHO Recruit is a dynamic and feature rich recruiting platform which pulls everything you need together in a single intuitive and powerful solution which is totally afordable for smaller recruiting shops. When you compare it to other products in it's category, it's far more robust and much easier to implement and use. I use the platform all day, every day and have rarely had to reach out for support, but the few times I needed help, it was readily available and very effective. From an integration standpoint, ZOHO recruit provides extensions for browser connectivity, and offers connectivity to multiple premium jobboards for which other platforms charge a premium fee. The Third-party integration available also allows for smaller business and agencies to grow and expand with the ZOHO platform.

Can be somewhat difficult to get your business identity verified if you dont have your online presence established.

As a freelance recruiter that recently expanded into a small agency, I've been extreemly dependent on clients who provided a seat with LinkedIn Recruiter and ultimately purchased a subscription to Recruiter Lite as I expanded my business. As my client base expanded however, it was very frustrating to discover that LinkedIn offered zero scalable solutions between Recruiter Lite and the shockingly expensive, full version of Recruiter. Under duress I tried diffent platforms like JobDiva, BullHorn & Recruit CRM but was dissatisfied with either the non-intuitive interface or lack of features I found on platforms in a more affordable price range. Finally however, ZOHO Recruit not only solved these problems for me, I was eventually able to grow my client base and confidently take on additional job requisitions as well as expand strategic HR project support by scaling the platform to increase the level of organization and structure in candidate outreach and pipelining as well as providing increased detail in progress reporting. By simplifying other administrative tasks through automation provided by the extensive connectivity that ZOHO Recruit provides to other third party applications, I was also able to increase back-office productivity as well without feeling overloaded and overwhelmed.

Simple and easy to use. The product just works and cost is low.

The tutorials could be better, but maybe thats just my opinion.

I run a small recruitment agency and we use this CRM to colaborate and keep track of our candidates and clients. Works good with our team and I have no complaints.
