I have noticed on certain occasions that the tool has some delays when typing but it is a minor inconvenience that does not occur constantly and is quickly fixed, and it does not make the tool lose its functional value.

Easy to use. Intuitive, great price for the product. We like to use of other tools in the suite, like Zoho Socials. My staff like the accountability and email notifications.

I'd love to see more accessability for certain venders to access some of the data, like time logs. It would good to allow the transfer of ownership as we had an admin set it up and now can't remove her.Really don't have much negative to share!
