It saves our organization so much time every day.

That we had not started using Xero until the last few years, I used to use MYOB everyday and now it is Xero everyday on a computer or mobile phone.

We are saving time everyday which allows staff to do so much more

Really friendly customer service, flexible product and great pricing.

The only negative I have found was the optional add-ons in each pricing plan.

I've used Xero for the past 5 years and the piece that keeps me as a customer is their exceptional API and other 3rd party integration tools. If I can't do it in Xero, there is a straightforward tool that helps me accomplish the task at hand.

I do wish there was more customization when it came to the controls in place especially around cash, AP, & AR. They are great controls but they can be limiting for the experienced accountant.

Since their API is so strong, multi-entity consolidation is not only easy but there are a plethora of providers that accomplish it with Xero for a low cost and low barrier to entry.

Xero's functionality is straightforward to use and presents the financial statements in an easy-to-read way.

Xero's utility is minimal when creating financial statements and adjusting journal entries.

Currently, a few of my clients are utilizing Xero, and that's primarily where I compile financial statements for them.

I like most the way it represents the whole data. You can easily find all the scenarios, the income, expenses, and most importantly, it shows the whole scenario of your business that help you to make a quick decision. i strongly recommend this software and make your task most automated

No phone support. That is the only negative.

Xero allows you to easily enter invoices to be paid and to track when they are paid.

I honestly don't have any dislikes with Xero. Mistakes can easily be rectified.

Because we use Xero we don't have problems! We easily keep track of invoicing, who has paid and who is late paying, so that we may follow them up.

User-friendly interface and amazing rules for auto reconciling

Some features are limited, such as having multiple warehouse locations

Our entire accounting is in one place with an amazing extent of reports to choose from and connects with the HMRC for VAT reports

Xero has done a lot of things I didn't even imagine possible, one of the powerful intergrations Xero offered helped us managed out client's company money - bills and expenses coming in and going out.

Things can be challenging, especially on the technicalities of the application itself and the way the UI is organized but as you familiarize its work around and using its purpose, it can do amazing things for you and your company.

A few things I deal with is how e-commerce mainly done espescially recurring invoices, you’ll have a billing partner handling the details and since you want to see all those invoices in Xero, a direct connection is ideal.
