That helps users to use the new processes with no/or really training and with simple one A4 page quick manual (or even without it) 4. Easy SharePoint and WebCon BPS versions migrations 5. Easy entry (input) data migrations from existing systems

1. Configuration of user interface is sometimes not so flexible. However it can be developed from the scratch (fully flexible then)

Since I work with WebCon BPS I do not like weekends because I have to wait until the new week before I sit back to my Designer ;) Seriously, I sometimes need support with configuration, new product or patches in the environment.
