i like the well organised sprint planning in terms of cards which further devides the card on granual level like comments , due dates and attachments for further clarity. its drop down feature is impressinve you can just pick and move the card from one stage to other simply. you can assign the priorities based on labels and colors. its also available for cellphone device and i my opinion its easy to use and easy to understand compared to other project management tools like jira

its quite good but the features are quite limited and premium plan is expensive so some functionalities comes with additional cost. when board containing number of cards overloads then it becomes difficult to manage and navigate through each card and you can't customise it as such. it has limited customisation. there are lots of competitors of trello eg. jira

i am a software developer so the task are assigned through jira. our whole sprint works on trello and commenting , updating and requirement gathering all happens in one place and that is jira

I like the reminder feature where we are able to specify due dates for each card I add on my list.

Trello storage capacity is less where sometimes we delete some projects in order to add others.

It also offers the ability to sort charts alphabetically and to create different types of charts for different aspects of life, so it is perfectly compatible for personal or professional use. - It also offers the ability to add members to their project and task cards to keep everyone accountable and always know who is doing what.

What I don't like about Trello is that I wish some of the paid extensions were available in its free version. It's a bit of a miss with these limitations. But I can understand that it's not critical. You are already well served with what is available in the free version.

Trello helps me to dispense with the physical board and to keep in one place the whole life of the projects I am working on or have worked on. I can go back to the project data at any time and find myself without the risk of losing any data. And it is so easy to use that I am very comfortable managing most of my projects on this tool.
