There is generally a lot of friction, with less clarity and especially less support help while integrating and building your online business. Systeme.io and their support team helped me in clearing my queries in implementing simple to complex setups, in a matter of few days! I have my homepage, funnel and my emails setup, payment gateways setup! I love tech integrations, using multiple apps, but what systeme.io offers is one-stop shop to all these needs, and a business owner's core needs in generating revenue are taken care of, which ensures peace!

I believe that the funnel templates can be designed more creatively, to attract more eye balls. There are a lot of templates which is good, but if systeme.io were to implement templates in niches (really specific ones), then the whole setup will be a breeze! Once the backend setup is done, all that will be left is to add a copy and personalize it to that respective brand/business!

One word: all in one integration platform including funnels, email marketing, great support team, all at a reasonable cost! I hope they continue and improve beyond boundaries!

The hardest part about switching platforms? The hassle to move it all over. Systeme.io offered a free migration with their yearly subscription, and after confirming that there aren't limitations to this, I was in. The team of systeme.io transfered all my email contacts and campaigns, checkout forms for dozens of products, including upsells and downsells, and also my courses that I had hosted on another platform.

Nothing I can think off. It might be great to have a live chat, but email support was always swift.

I can now all parts of my online marketing for online courses in ONE platform - which allowed me to cancel 5 other service providers.

Excellent training program. I thought the way it’s divided into different segments makes it easy to follow along and learn the information. The videos are clear and easy to understand. If you need to review a video more that once, it's easy to do!!

I recently made the switch from Kajabi to Systeme.io, and I must say, I am absolutely amazed! It's incredibly user-friendly, easy to manage, and the creation process is a breeze. How simple it is to use. I am remarkably inexperianced using this type of "tool". All of the competitors state how easy their products are to use. None actually and the customer support of the comptitors is mostly non existant.

So far nothing. Even systeme.io customer support is real. That is very very rare in this space.

I am having trouble understanding how to important my email list from constant contact. The customer service staff is helping me. Additionally, I have questions about creating my funnels. Again customer service is helping me.

I am very pleased with the service offered by Systeme.io. I have used different Sales Funnel platforms in the past. Something was definitely missing in each of them. Either the CRM was not working exactly like a CRM. Or the mailing service was not exactly like a mailing platform. In a way, one of its features was made for show. They didn't include all the features that should have been comprehensive. However, most of the features in systeme.io are not for show, they are for active use. In this way, there is no need to pay for multiple platforms. One platform is enough. By the way, the support services that I cannot help but mention are great. On their website it says "24 hours" and even says "we usually respond within 2 hours" but they responded to me in 15 minutes. Quite successful.

I have not encountered any negative issues during my experience so far.

They are so approachable to everyone, they offer free start option which is amazing for begginers. You get all you need and the support is awersome!!

Whatever I don't know how to use or understand, the support team helps with every issue. They help you solve it, so there's nothing I dislike.

Whatever comes across but I had my own trouble with my funnel setting up mostly because I've never done any of this before.

What is good about systeme.io is the ease of learning it. And because the layout is quick and intuitive that I was able to use in a matter of seconds.

That it is fairly new so some of the features are not there yet. But nothing to dispair cause it is working as it should.

The entry-level cost to do marketing is what it solved. So it is easier for me to teach it to budding new students who don't have the budget yet.

Systeme.io is very user-friendly and well thought out. The user dashboard and the general layout of all the menus, settings, and all the tools are very intuitive and much easier to use than on the platform I used before. It's modern, fast, functional, and it just makes sense how things are set up and arranged. The customer service via email has been great so far and they could answer all my questions directly or get their tech team involved if needed. However, I would like the response time to be faster.

The platform lacks some non-critical features that I expected, but the great thing is that Systeme.io is improving, evolving, and giving its users the opportunity to actively submit/vote/comment on feature suggestions. One particular example that needs improvement is the page editor. It's already great and so much easier and faster to use compared to the editor of the platform I used before, but there are some annoying quirks in terms of layout settings that need to be fixed and done better. When building and/or changing a page, setting up the layout and design for both desktop and mobile can sometimes be quite frustrating because the settings can be way off and need to be fixed/aligned so that the page looks good and works both on desktop and mobile. There should be a way for users to define and set their own default settings for styles and layouts for each element on both desktop and mobile. Let's call it 'user themes' that would enable us to pre-define layouts and settings on element level, not just on block/section/page level, which can already be saved as own templates.

Switching my entire business to Systeme.io was smoother than I thought, and so far the platform has definitely exceeded my expectations. It's a pleasure to use and Systeme.io has significantly simplified the management of my business, especially when it comes to automated workflows on the backend. I used ClickFunnels as my websites / sales funnel builder and AWeber as my email autoresponder for 4 years. While I have been very satisfied with AWeber, ClickFunnels unfortunately didn't evolve over time and became outdated, buggy and slow, so I was getting increasingly frustrated and reluctant to use it. I was hoping for ClickFunnels 2.0, which was released in late 2022, but unfortunately the new release didn't meet my expectations in terms of features and price. That's why I decided to switch my entire business over from ClickFunnels and AWeber to Systeme.io. It's one of the best decisions I've made, and not just because I've been able to cut my monthly costs by 75%.

Price (love the free option! Upgraded after I finished building my funnel). Functionality - I was easily able to create a website using a sales page.

The normal learning curve of technology systems. I was able to use most of it quickly but did have to find video on a few things.

I like that this is an all-in-one system at a wonderful price. I built my website using this. I have my opt-in page and email functions. Kind of like K@j@bi but better!

The most helpful thing about Systeme, io is the courtesy, accuracy, and SPEED of the replies that I've gotten from the Support Staff. Other services treat me like a second-class citizen, but these guys are right on top of it all. They seem to have nearly all the functions and tweaks of the high-price systems but are willing to help you as you graduate as a newbie into a money-making business person. Perhaps you've even taken the "fear" of getting an affiliate business running into a non-topic. Thank you Systeme.io
