SS is easy to use - simple to implement - and clients love the clean look and unencumbered interface. Also the support is phenomenal - they hold your hand the entire way.

The ability to customize the form as much as you would like to fit your brand. I also like the way we can integrate it with Zapier.

Its free version is very limited but it is understandable

SurveySparrow's User Interface feels a bit old however I do see past this due to the ease of use.

I love the text style of the surveys. We do a bunch of surveys that are taken primarily on cell phones, so the text style make it comfortable for those users.
