Not sure there is anything I can think of. We haven't explored the ability to create an API for automatic export and import into our CRM, so I guess that's the only thing I think we are lacking.

We can get to exactly the level of customer insights we want and input that data into our CRM for review. We can also do quarterly summaries for executive level reviews of results and opportunity analysis.

Sometimes the links don't open on every browser or are a little complicated. But i really think the way you manage the surveys is a great way to achieve our golds

It has lots of valuable features like Creation Questions with multiple types of fields, Inviting members, Share Surveys, Collect Responses and Analyses the response data. There is a wide range of Question types available to create beautiful Surveys. Overall, Survey Monkey is the best for creating Surveys.

SurveyMonkey is an excellent tool for designing, creating, editing and managing Surveys. We can create many surveys like Feedback, Course Evolution, Quiz, Form, Event Registration, Polls etc. There are many types of supported Questions types allowed using that we can create great surveys.

There is nothing to dislike about SurveyMonkey. The only limitation I can see is it doesn't allow Images as the choice of the selections. Else everything is perfect.
