A couple of times a year I need to send out surveys to my customer base. I have found Survey Monkey to be one of the easiest to use of the options out there.The ability to collect payments and create something that LOOKS like it belongs with my business is really helpful. I have used others where you can just tell that it isn't as polished and that is not the case here. I can use it for a variety of things from signup for upcoming classes to collecting feedback on the website. Lots of features for most anything you can think of.

So for me, the one downside would be the pricing. I am a small business, and only send a couple of surveys a year, so for me spending almost $500 a year seems a bit steep. I would love to see a way to be on the free plan but to add features a la carte. A lot of the features I don't need, and would be willing to pay on a case by case basis for things like accepting payments or uploading files because I just don't use them that often. There is just a huge jump in price from the free plan for a lot of features I don't use.

For me I need a professional looking survey for my customers when I am seeking feedback on a design or providing customer service. I like that it integrates well with my branding, and is easy to use.

There is nothing to dislike about SurveyMonkey. It has all the good features. Just one thing that needs to be improved is its cost. SurveyMonkey is a bit costly. Else everything is fantastic.

I wish there were more opportunities to integrate with third-party tools. The pricing might also concern a smaller-scale business on a tight budget. Offering more affordable plans or flexible pricing options could attract a broader range of users.
