Easy, quick editing. I like the widgets offered.
WYSIWYG editor can be a little funky/limiting
None--just a solution to market my band.
Weebly is very easy to use-you just click and drag text, image, etc boxes and fill in with your content. You can have static web pages or blog post pages, and you can even input your own HTML code if you so choose. I liked using it so much for work that I now use it for my own personal blog as well!
Weebly has many great features, but I wish it was easier to hide pages. Sometimes I want to temporarily hide a page and then turn it back on, but I have to password protect it or go through other additional steps. I wish it were simpler. I also wish that the social icons also included Instagram and Snapchat; I don't really understand why they're not included.
It's a great way to have all of your content on a nice-looking, easy to customize website, and you can link to your newsletters, social media pages, etc. I like how the homepage tracks and simplifies analytics so that you don't need to have any training in the field to understand the findings.
Weebly offers beautiful templates and a working shopping cart. I like that it's really easy to make it look professional. The small things are there, like being able to mark products on sale, create coupon codes, and start a blog. I'd consider it equal to a custom-made site in terms of beauty and functionality. I love that any changes I make are instant. I have found the interface so friendly that I update my site often.
I really wish Weebly was integrated with Ordoro for bulk shipping, but I did switch over to Goshippo, which they are integrated with. It works similarly, I just preferred Ordoro. Sometimes when I mark something as shipped in GoShippo, the list of orders on Weebly doesn't update and I must manually mark them as shipped. I find it frustrating that I cannot create two shopping carts without paying for two websites. I have a wholesale and retail section to my site, and I would like wholesale shoppers to have their own cart. But for now this will work just fine. I remember when I signed up I wished for even more template options. I did find the ones at Wix to be prettier.
I wanted my website to look beautiful, and it didn't seem necessary to invest in a completely custom solution. I needed to be able to edit and maintain the site myself. I looked at Wix first, but after signing up I realized it lacked some necessary functionality. Weebly was the solution.
I find Webbly so useful. It provides you features for publish your site with "subdomain and also standart domain". And also there are 4 different subscription plans for your requirements. Features are extremely smooth working. Functionality and simplicity is the key factor in Weebly. Dashboard and interface are so easy to use.
I think price is little bit more for this kind of service. Otherwise it is excellent platform for creating and editing blogs and websites. And sometimes persons from customer support are not get what am saying.
Am currently working on my new blog. It will shows some specific informations about me and my articles.
I like how user-friendly the site it. It doesn't take days of research to figure out how to use it. It's basic enough to understand, but you can grow and expand easily.
I don't like the limited options to customize backgrounds and widgets.
I am using this to promote a women's business organization, and we have been able to share this on Facebook and get our monthly RSVPs and suggestions. The women like seeing pictures, blogs, contact info, and bios all in one place.
Weebly has a very easy to use interface for drag-and-drop website creation. I use this to create lead generation websites for my clients, which saves both time and money for all of us.
The features in the Designer platform are more restrictive than in the regular platform. Which makes sense for Weebly, because the regular platform is more expensive than the Designer platform, and thus should provide more features.
I am able to create lead generation sites for my clients very quickly. My goal is to create websites that perform well, not necessarily to make unique websites for my clients. Weebly allows me to replicate the sites that are performing well, and edit them to fit new client's needs quickly and efficiently.
I've used Weebly for the past 5 years or so and it does what it's supposed to-Allows you to create websites with no knowledge of coding, in a clean and easy to use interface. For more advanced users that want to fine tweak and perfect the layout, it also offer access to the HTML and CSS code on the free plan. A free URL is provided, and you can link your own URL from sites like GoDaddy, or purchase one from Weebly (If you want a fully custom address instead of the http://weebly.yoursite.com, that it provides).
Since this is an online website editor, internet speeds can affect performance. Not so much a downside, as something to keep in mind when using this.
I use this for my business website. It is easy to update in a matter of minutes, which for me is important, because I update it on an almost daily basis.
Weebly provides drag and drop capabilities for creating an interactive website or a blog. Websites can be shared with a group and they all can be editors. There are free and paid versions of Weebly; for the most part free is ok, but there are paid features that I wish I had access to, without the cost. When a website is created, you can view what it looks like on different devices: phone, tablet, and computer. The editor makes a clean mobile website, which is great since most people who are checking my websites are not on computers with full monitors.
I publish a blog post every morning, for some reason you have to click the publish button twice to actually make the post visible to the world. This is redundant and annoying, especially on the mornings before coffee when I forget to click it the second time. While I find the drag and drop editing easy, not everyone in the group does. It still takes an understanding of design and code to create a great website page.
There was a hole with communication prior to the blog. Not everyone was able to easily access the information that they needed. The blog shares daily information and links to resources.
Nice templates, with easy customization options.
Nothing, honestly. I have no issues qith weebly.
Connected to my core audience, easily, and quickly.
Weebly is a super-simple website creator that even my students can use.
There are a limited number of themes and you cannot do a great deal of customization; however, the built in themes are professional looking.
I needed a webspace to host a professional portfolio. Weebly was the best solution because I didn't have time to customize a lot, but I needed something to look polished.
REALLY easy (and actually fun) to change and manage content. UI is impeccable. The ability to have multiple people change the website is really nice as well.
I earnestly have no qualms about weebly, the freedom provided and the ease of use trumps any sniffs I have.
We wanted to make a site that anyone in our multiple positions on campus could pick up and edit, and wanted it separate from our main college website (which is an .edu). We also wanted an easily recognizable domain that students could remember.
It is so easy to create new pages, using the drag-n-drop feature. Standard components are enough to make a professional looking website.
The way URL's are created is not optimized for navigation and for SEO. Customer support is difficult to reach and reacting slow to messages.
Providing easy to use builder to create a professional looking website.
Weebly's drag-and-drop style operations are significant for a newbie web editor. This makes it very easy to create websites. And it provides unlimited storage capacity for all paid plans.
Weebly does not provide to make all kinds of websites. For instance, if you want to create a database website then you should consider another website tool rather than Weebly.
My business' all the needs are fulfilled perfectly by Weebly. I can easily create everything I want for my business on my Weebly website, even though I have no website editing experience before.
I appreciate Squarespace's modern templates, competitive pricing, and user-friendly interface that allows my customers to navigate my website easily. The platform's sleek and professional templates enable me to create a visually appealing online presence that aligns with my brand. Squarespace's attractive pricing options provide good value for the features and services offered.
I am not fond of Squarespace requiring payment before the website is fully functional and accessible. I prefer to experience and evaluate the platform's features and capabilities before committing financially. Having to pay upfront without the opportunity to explore the site's functionality in advance feels limiting and less user-friendly.
I am impressed with Squarespace's ability to give my website a modern and professional appearance. It provides me with diverse templates that strike the perfect balance between modern aesthetics and a polished, professional look. Squarespace offers the convenience of integrating multiple platforms into a single place, allowing me to manage various aspects of my business efficiently. This consolidation of resources and tools enhances my productivity and streamlines my operations, making Squarespace an invaluable solution for my online presence
It's free for everyone so that even a beginner with no experience can learn and build their 1st website.
Limited storage in their hosting plans No cloud storage facility
It solved my problem of making my own website.
Weebly is an easy and go-to website editor when you need a simple and attractive website in minutes. Its interface is easy and its layout designs are modern. Weebly has many templates and gives you domain free of cost. You can make a responsive website with more flexibility.
Some features are limited to its premium plan although it is very helpful editor with all the features I need
As a freelancer, Weebly gives me the freedom to save my time by making a website of any kind in just a couple of minutes with unique features and designs.
I have been using Weebly from a long tim
time. They have great designs and you can build the site yourself. We have options for both paid and free websites. And they never disturb you by asking to upgrade. I love Weebly and it's website services.
The most essential thing a business needs to display itself online is a website and Weebly provides an excellent platform to build your own website. My business has benefitted a lot from Weebly.
I like the ease of being able to take payments in person and have a secure system for credit cards. That is the biggest perk and it is widely used. Many companies use it.
The problem that I have had with square is that it blocked me from taking payments because my phone had somehow blocked the card reader. That put me in a bad spot when trying to take a payment.
The only problem I am solving with square is being able to take payments on a separate app. It is secure and people are pretty trusting with it. It helps with processing cards.

What I like most about Weebly are the large number of templates they have to modify them according to their requirements. It is a simple and efficient platform, which is even very useful in its free version.
It seems really expensive the amount you have to pay per year to keep your own domain connected. I believe that a single, more affordable price should be paid.
I like Weebly for its ease of use. It is possible to create any type of website, such as a store, a portfolio or a news website. The main benefit is its tools for dragging and dropping elements, since they allow the editing of the site to be very fast.
