SOFTR is incredibly easy to use. Right now I am teaching my 13 years old how to use it and he seems fascinated with the possibilities. What I like the most is how it empowers end user to create their own digital solutions

Actually I dont have any complaints other than some of the features being only available in the high end pricing tiers. Even with that restriction, you can build a whole lot of things even of the free plan. I strongly recommend this app.

Creating internal systems that empower end user with information and also enhances their productivity. I think its magical to allow end user to create solutions on their own

Si fast, reliable, has a good price and an excelente support. It's free version is powerful.

Maybe Glide has a better UX, but it's not as powerful as Softr does.

Within a few hours (total) we built a very easy to use front end to a google spreadsheet that allows us to manage a pretty simple, but important inventory of supplies. Through trial and error I was able to teach myself how to use the platform pretty quickly. Our app is up and running and we use it as part of our day-to-day.

Learning how and why you need different pages isn't obvious at first, but once you figure it out it makes perfect sense. Would also be nice if some of the Airtable features were available with Google Sheets.

We're able to interface with our equipment and supplly inventory without having to keep a spreadsheet up to date. Interacting with our inventory via an app is much more user-friendly than a spreadsheet and it is easier for us to keep up to date.

The free tier is exactly what I need for my small business. Their customer service is great!!!! I finally found a solution to create portals based on my Airtables.

I do wish the more secure portal sign-in options were available as add-ons instead of going up an entire tier. I also wish their Zapier integration would return the magic or temporary password link so I could automatically email it to the client.

My business uses several platforms based on client sources. This means a client portal is not available as an off-the-shelf solution. Since I use Airtable to merge Acuity, Google, Wyzant, Gusto, Xero, and Bitpaper, I can let clients interact with our data in one location instead of multiple.

Easy of use, speed of testing, flexibility of deployments, and robust third-party integrations. Not to mention the community of other creators using the platform who share their expertise, lessons, and projects.

Easy to start solution, covers 95% of the functionalities we need to quickly prototype and roll-out a web site. I spent ~1 month / 1 FTE to replace an effort of development team estimated to cost EUR 40K.

Great software kind of sucks you in and doesn't let you go, and that's exactly what Softr does. I was easily able to build my MVP marketplace front end and the main structure of the site from Softr's large library of templates. Also their customer service was super spot on and very helpful.

Unfortunately the Stripe integration for marketplace needs is not really production ready so I needed to work with a developer to get that piece in place.

Softr dramatically accelerated time-to-market development and was a fantastic design prototyping tool (with cutting-edge features like the ChatGPT integration) which helped solve many unforeseen design issues right out of the gate.

Firstly, Softr's support is AMAZING! Absolutely the best in the no-code industry! The learning curve to configure a Softr client portal integrated to Airtable was relatively low. Our MVP was up and running in just 2 days. Took us a week to build a solution that has gone live, and our customer LOVES it! Well done.

There's not much I dislike about Softr. Each concern has been addressed with an update on the product roadmap.

Softr is a super-easy way to create apps and websites using my airtable data. My mind is constantly blown when I say, "hmmm... I wonder if I can make this work in softr" and then I proceed to build exactly that. I also find the builder intuitive and easy to use, and their customer service is always helpful and polite. In addition, the forever-free plan is exceedingly generous, so go ahead and give it a try!

There's not much I don't like. They have recently added some great near-essential features, and I'm looking forward to more added features.

Instead of paying thousands of dollars a year for a costly industry-specific hard-to-customize management platform, I am currently building the whole thing using Airtable + Softr, and we'll be paying under $1000/year with unlimited customization!

Simplicity, integrations and very useful features in a free account. Also appreciate the frequent updates.

Have not come across any just yet. Have used a paid account and was bombarded with emails when my payments did not go through, although this is expected.

Building platforms with user sign-ups and logins, building repository of informations. Integrating with zapier, and other automation flows.

If you're looking for a simpler app that has a good database with automation (using integrators), Softr is the right choice! Super easy to use. Learning curve is amazing (much faster to learn it than a lot of other no-code tools out there). Easy to connect with Airtable (at the time of this review, they're just adding Google Sheets to the mix). The website looks amazing + mobile responsive, and it's all drag and drop with easy to use styling features. It integrates in a great way (I use Make to integrate it with other tools). And the best thing about it -> Support is out of this world, never had a situation where they didn't respond fast and found a solution. Plus, the feature updates are quick and amazing!

It's missing a few features for me: forms don't send data to the thank you page, communication between the database is done by forms only at the moment (if you want users to update anything in the website, you need to do it through forms, no other dynamic elements (like standalone checkboxes or similar)

I'm building a simple shop with products that aren't standard, an HR portal and a client portal (for requests and statuses). I love the flexibility and the robust features I can build through it.

Much like all NoCode/LoCode app builders, softr has limitations but they are more than aware of these and work on them aggrerssively. Not only that but there is usually a custom code solution for most complexities along with helpful support staff and a top draw user forum. These things made a very complex app that really was beyond the limits of no-code possible and now functional and the addition of Google Sheets made the record limit problem with Airtable solvable.

The issues I had with softr were mostly down to the complexity of the app I was creating but google sheets and the added action function removed my use of some oddd work arounds. Currently I have no gripes because the issues I did have were solved.

I needed a portal solution that allowed for complex sets of data being inputed and their responses but didn't charge on a per user basis. The limit for portal users is around 10,000 and the flexibility of the app allowed me to produce a functional high volume customs clearance app that connects direct with HMRC UK, something rarely actually done by Clearance sopftware solutions as they opt to use a gateway.

I really like the smart and easy approach from softr. In my case, I don't need a full adjustable and pixellike ui. And so are the Modules from softr. I can create Websites in minutes instead of hours. That is really great!

As I am not a corporate and have to pay for the plan from my own money, it is quite challenging to overcome the first plan for using softr.

Structured design. Easy business web design with consistent templates. Staff provide quick feedback when you need help. We think this pricing change makes it even more accessible!

Still less flexible. Difficult to use due to jQuery conflict issues when using custom code. If there are various examples of custom code usage in the community, I think more people will pay for it. In addition, it is good to add features by section in the template feature, but sometimes it is frustrating that the sections cannot be placed in parallel in a horizontal column.

Airtable, so it's used frequently. However, we are planning to increase the frequency of using features such as GA4 to strengthen the promotion function. However, we are still worried about the hassle of using Google Marketing because it is not installed like Wix, etc. I'm planning to increase the price to make it more usable, so I'd like to see more features added.

It was super easy to get set up, connect my Airtable and get things running. There's not a huge learning curve and between the official documentation and youtube tutorials, it's pretty easy to figure out ways to do things.

Because it's built to be easy to use, there are some limitations in functionality, though it seems like they're doing frequent releases. We're trying to build something rather complex that goes beyond what Softr can do out of the box, but we've managed to achieve a lot of it with workarounds or code snippets. We're trying to spin up an MVP to test a hypothesis without involving the tech team. As a member of the product team, I'm able to build something quickly and get it out to market to validate our hypothesis before we invest tech resources in what might not even be sucessful.

We have been beyond pleased with Softr. From building comcept sites to linking to Airtable, the platform is the most user friendly we found. We found other uses and we're able to build our new concepts for additional programs due to the ease of use and available variety of implementations. Customer service is so kind and responsive, I'm so glad we found them. They've been paramount to our success.

Nothing! It's amazing and we haven't run into a road block that wasn't either easily solved with customer service or able to be worked around with an alternative use.

We've been able to have a rapidly responsive, exceptionally fast landing site with multiple integrations for two sides of a marketplace app. This allows for mapping for multiple client traffic sources with ease.
