Some simple things dont make any sense, but most of the time you can overwrite the behavior
Sales People can be much more productive using this CRM, everything is almost simple to do
it has everything in one place - it's constantly evolving. Instead of having multiple systems (gong, outreach/salesloft, hubspot, Zendesk) and having to integrate one another - salesforce has it ALL
their sales reps - ugh - we're a small company and we got a REALLY TERRIBLE REP who doesn't know left from right. It's a shame - luckily for salesforce the product is so good that even a terrible rep can't hurt them
Your regular CRM needs, revenue inteligence (gong like), email cadence (salesloft/outreach like), the automations are simply amazing and their new flow builder makes life a breeze
It allows me to accurately forecast deals in pipeline and to see my accounts in a quick and easy format
Backend admin can be difficult to implement with a high threshold of competency necessary.

Here the sky is the limit, I love this tool because you can make customizations as needs arise.

Salesforce is a great. It does what it's supposed to do and is a good CRM and integrates with everything.
Wish Salesforce released more features like Hubspot has been doing.
It's our main CRM and works great for centralizing data.
We are able to keep all our data in 1 location.
I prefer Salesforce Classic and the push for Lightning is strong, but I'd really rather not transition.

This is one of the best app for storing data like sales, orders, reports...like that. Frequently I use this app in my automation tools. It's UI is like user friendly.
Not that much dislikes I have. I have faced some issues like permissions. I have searched a lot on Salesforce for giving permissions publicly. But I failed.
There are two environments. In that we can choose anyone. Based on my criteria i switched to anyone. It resolves so many issues like getting and storing data regarding sales
It helps customer's marketing, sales work from anywhere. It helps us to keep track of all the marketing and sales processes. It has lot of features like contact management, task management and analytics.
I haven't seen any downside of the Salesforce CRM. Its realtime performance, digital dashboards are awesome.
We work with an organization who have teaching services with lot of universities in UK so we mostly manage all the sales and university data over Salesforce only.

Lo que no que me gusta esque el servidor suele caerse muhco, eso interrumpe la carga de datos y la reporteria que suele hacer con esa informacion guardada en la Coud
con esta plataforma solucione inquietudes que tiene los usuarios de nuestros servicio, almaceno los correos y datos de los clientes de manera segura y rapida, aun asi siento que el beneficio esta en que el aplicativo me deja rastrear todos los datos automaticamente en una nuve..
