nothing until now,but META is a little bit hard to support so i faced a probleme with them

The user experience is well thought out, setting up a new channel is quick and easy plus workflows allow you to visualize the direction of the conversation. And If there are any issues the support team are always super quick to help!
No obvious dislikes as of yet, just that development of new features can be a bit slow.

They should introduce a mobile app, as it would be very easy & handy for our support staff to manage customers on the go. Additionally, there is some opportunity to improve setting up workflows.

As im doing customer service for 8 different locations. Sometimes it is hard for me to keep tabs on all of them at once. So having another colleague take over is very convenient and can leave notes for them as well on where we left off
The downsides that there are going to be some micromanaging as the big bosses can see what we do and what we write. But not all bad as they would sometimes leaves comments on what to do better
