Recruitee is extremely intuitive and facilitates the interactions between the multiple internal stakeholders involved during hiring process.
For the moment, i cannot mention anything I dislike about this tool.
quicker internal communication as soon as we have a new candidate. it helped us react more rapidly to the candidates.
Recruitee feels modern and is easy to maintain from an administrator's point of view. Most features are customizable and can be adjusted to our organization's needs, often even by key users. The integrated career site editor and publishing options for job boards complete their offer for a competitive price.
Some features offered by ATS modules of larger enterprise-focused HRMS suites are not available or are still in development. Recruitee works best as a standalone ATS solution for small to mid-size companies.
As a small team with limited resources, Recruitee has enabled us to customize and go live with a modern ATS in a very short timeframe. The system is well-integrated for all its purposes incl. email, appointment scheduling, built-in career website, and job board integration and allows the recruiters to make efficient and effective use of their time.
The ability to customise pipelines and the flexibility.
There is nothing I dislike about Recruitee
Candidate experience and tracking
Recruitee is both user and admin friendly platform that aid in recruitment efforts through job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. hey have plenty of integrations with other platforms like Google, BambooHR, Workramp. DocuSign, and so much more. The customer service support is outstanding and they include the users in the continuous improvement process for the platform which keeps them as one of the best recruiting platforms.
There really not much to dislike about Recruitee. Like anything, it takes time to review, research, and luanch update or new features, but they are worth the wait and customer informed!
Integrating Zoom and Google allowed us to make scheduling so much easier. Blind reviews also reduce potential interviewer bias. The sharing of job postings also a key feature to allowing for a great candidate pool.
Recruitee has lots of options and is very pleasant to work with. It provides many built-in integrations with other systems, but the webhooks option within Recuitee is fantastic; it allows you to quickly and easily build custom integrations with other systems. The data warehouse option within Recruitee is fantastic for building advanced reports and dashboards in BI platforms.
During my work I do not encounter a lot of downsides about Recruitee. Sometimes the API documentation could be a bit more organized, but as the documentation page states, it is still a work in progress.
Recruitee allowed us to build a custom integration with our HRM system, with many custom options, allowing us to automate processes. This saves us lots of time daily.
Very easy onboarding, which makes adoption in the organisation easy
Assigning rights can be simplified further (although it works)
Easy tracking of applicants through our pipeline
I mostly use Recruiteeto upload CVs that I headhunt. It is very user-friendly and efficient for all of my tasks. Hazzle free, 100% accurate, not like other platforms in the market
I don't have any dislike features in recruitee, every function is happening smoothly and easily. May be I am also a new use for recruitee, so most probably in near future I will be able to answer this question
Being a recruiter, I upload the CVs I headhunt to the recruitee to share with my hiring manager and the team, All the details that are needed are in the same place and I can find the details and CVs in every second
Ease of Use 1 Notification Trigger, this one is very helpful especially since applicants from Recruitee are integrated with our work email. 2 Customization o It helps to design and perform the recruitment process according to the hiring required needs. You can design every process differently but can be saved as template- still thanks to the automatization it doesn't take much time. (Note: Adjustable Recruitment stages are only available from the Scale plan) o Email automation to avoid repetitive tasks for the team 2 User Friendly o Good and intuitive UI/UX design in general o The apps provided are usable, from the web to mobile o The easy Kanban visualization of the candidates’ stage Completeness of Function 1. Serve as the main platform for our Recruitment to Onboarding o Simply transfer all Google Form Screening questions to Recruitee via creating a customized Application Form o Career Page syndication to our current Company Website 2. Job Board Syndication o Integrations are great, integrate it with email for reminders, and finally (my favorite) with sourcing platforms like Glassdoor, indeed, and others which make openings distribution easier. 3. Third Party Integrations o /Slack, /BambooHR, /Zapier, /LinkedIn /HelloSign for contract signatures 4. Recruitment Role and Hiring Manager access and involvement o Note: Adjustable roles are only available from the Scale plan with privacy per position - Referral Automation o Customized links for Top Source metric!! 5. Reports o No matter what metric, very flexible!
- No Cost per Hire depending on what platform. - No Hob Requisition Form feature where the hiring manager can file and approve a certain opening
- Overall Recruitment budget as there are job boards syndication and easy to track. - Recruiter time in sending manual emails as Recruitee has automated tasks. - Hiring Manager communication, you can actively involve them!
- Clear interface with great pipeline overview - it is easy to pay attention to every single candidate simultaneously keeping an eye on the big picture - Easy to integrate with mail and calendar - Useful scheduling features - not only 'fixed' dates meeting, but also event scheduler for candidates - Templates feature in a mailbox - Intuitive reports builder
I haven't faced any issues with Recruitee. I think the interface may be not as clear and smooth in processes with pipelines over hundreds of candidates and that is my only concern
With Recruitee it is easy for me to keep timely communication with candidates with not much effort by using templates and reminders. I can also collaborate very easy with recruitment teams, so It helps keep smooth internal communication and decision making. Overall I can run the recruitment processes more efficiently, maintaining high candidate satisfaction.
Searching function. It's very intuitive and helpful.
Customized buckets functions are hard to find. I like that you can customize the pipeline, but to find that function, it usually takes me a few minutes.
Organizing. Helps me keeping track.
- The user-friendliness - The kanban overview - Support is very responsive - Extended reporting
- We were asked to join a beta version for a feature that was not included in our package. If we wanted to proceed we needed to upgrade our package.
- Faster hiring - Better communication on hiring
- Having all candidates cataloged in our database with all important information - Ability to create talent pools and tags to categorize the candidates - Easy to create new jobs and custom pipelines - Automation tools are very powerful
- The pricing, specially the new model (we started our account in an older pricing model) can be prohibitive for smaller companies - The limit of published jobs is very small on the lower plans
- Have a centralized and organized hiring platform where a long term database of candidates can be maintained is crutial to make the hiring process easier and not lost information about past interviews
The overview of the different jobs - the way we can organize the pipeline ourselves - the possibility to add notes to a candidate
There's no integration with Linkedin Recruiter
Overview and communication with employees - clear job site - reports
I like the mobile app, which allows me to manage my recruitment pipeline while I commute or from my bed
I think having an integration with Calendly could be helpful to make interview scheduling with candidates easier.
I am solving the problem of efficient communication with HR on candidates and the management of a large bank of profiles.
I originally went with Recruitee over another ATS because of the flexibility with process changes. We're still growing and making tweaks to our processes frequently so that was a MUST HAVE. After using the software for 1+ year, I've had a couple of GREAT support interactions and seen the new features that pop up regularly. If you need/want the ability to customize your process, here is the software for you!
I was originally concerned that we'd need the EEOC reporting (for the US) before they could roll it out, but their dev team is on it! The thing that I wish I had are usually on their public feature planning and actually do get improved. I have very little to complain about.
Recruiting as a rapidly growing startup has been great with Recruitee!
It saves everyone time and allows better tracking of the applicants. Recruitee is a must-have for any company interested in having the potential candidates and the hiring team a great experience. It is super easy to use, and everyone in the company used it immediately with little training (even by team members who are not tech-savvy at all) But if you dig into the Recruitee it has lots of functionalities that make it a complete tool, and you can do automatic workflows that save even more time.
The tasks generated by Recruitee could be integrated to other tools such as ASANA or google tasks. It also does not have a native integration with google Chat that we use. Besides that, it is perfect.
- Better tracking of all the applicants (nobody gets left out without an answer) - Less time doing repetitive email and tasks - Easy to set up meeting with the google calendar integration and the ability for applicants to schedule meeting directly in our calendar
An excellent overview and good and quick service
For now I don't have any problems. I just have to complete the videos from the academy, which are very clear.
I have a good overview of my candidates and, finally, a database that works clearly and efficiently. For now I work by myself only, but I am going to expand next year so very happy that I have a good ATS system as a tool for myself and my future colleagues.
It is very self explanatory and the customer support is quick and efficient!
There could be more scheduling options for the interviews in which more people are needed
communication and tasks are easy, GDPR is tracked which is GREAT!
As a manager, It gives me an easy to use and understand dashboard that shows all my candidates and in what recruitment stage they are in, it's easy to follow all exchanged communication between our company and the candidates.
Nothing in particular, I had a great experience using it.
It makes the recruitment process much easier for everyone involved, everyone can work collaboratively
Recruitee is an easy to use platform that provides good service
Sometimes a more advanced technical integration is not possible.
Our database is more structured and you have a better overview of where candidates are in the funnel. It is also very easy to use and almost needs no explanation
