There are some financial institutions that we cannot integrate with which would be very helpful if we could.

QuickBooks gives us real time insight into our business operations and I appreciate that as it allows us to be more productive.

Apart from providing an elaborate platform for accounting, invoicing and expense tracking, it also has a feature to run payroll, which makes it a convenient one-roof place for almost all accounting needs.

Quickbooks does not recognize specific duplicate entries, which makes it difficult to reconcile the books together at the end of the year. The support for QuickBooks is also limited.

Quickbooks online lets you customize the platform according to your business needs which makes it easy, and also has a mobile app to operate from anywhere, which makes it very convenient.

The ease of use and support I can get if I need help

There is not much to dislike. I mean sometime it runs slow but that's okay cause most technology does.

Okay w use it to do our accounting. It has many benefits like search functions among other things.

Reporting produces all aspects of business

I have not come across any dislikes using.

Quickbooks Online is not available in some countries.

It is an incredible and powerful tool for order management, vendor management, accounting and inventory control. What i like best about it is the ability to quickly and easily manage our business expenditures from any web-based computer or device.

Quickbooks online has an easy to understand interface that makes regular bookkeeping tasks easy to pick up and accomplish, even for new users. It also has great reporting and advance features for accountants and others so business owners, admins and regular users can work together to see the big picture and keep an eye on a business's cash flow and finances.

There are some items you cannot do as a "batch" (must do one at a time) and as an accountant user, that can be a bit tiring. Especially when there are other things you CAN do in a batch. I believe QBO is trying to protect it's users from inadvertently making big changes quickly, but as an accountant user, even though they already give more leeway I think a bit more is necessary is some places.

QuickBooks Online is a great asset to all our clients, no matter what industry their business is in. Sometimes they just need to track transactions from month to month, others need payroll, billing and the whole accounting gamut - and it is able to do all of these things and make it easy for them, or they are able to have us do it and provide them with clear and concise information about how their business is doing or what changes could benefit them each month. It's nice that it's in the cloud so we can both access it and help each other when necessary.
