Quickbooks has many tools that can make doing business simple. You can track expenses, and profits and stay extremely organized. You can also download the QuickBooks app and scan and upload the physical receipts as well or simply take a picture of it.

I like that it is easy to use and navigate from one task to another.

I haven't found anything that I dislike

Easier cash management and reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts.

Easy to use, and all the reports are in one place. The fact that we can have it on multiple computers and they all talk to each other. As well, the ability to link up quickbooks with the invoicing software we use for our company.

Unable to have multiple users preform the same task at the same time. Sometimes the sync feature doesn't work 100% and then it throws off the books and accounting.

I can do everything with QuickBooks. From inventory to taxes, it is the one must have for small business owners. If you don't have QuickBooks, you are not helping your business.

I think the saying, "less is more," is pretty accurate with QuickBooks. There are so many things in QuickBooks that I struggle every now and then to find the thing I am looking for at that moment.

I look a lot of things up in QuickBooks that I otherwise would not be able to find as quickly in the software we use for the purchase orders. I do all of the accounts payable/receivable in QuickBooks.

Reports - I would like to see more standard reports and expanded ability to share reports within our organization. Duplicating reports also causes issues and so you have to rebuild each one or use the filter every time you want to switch clients, REP, etc.

I am able to categorize all my orders and accounts and makes organizing my accounts easy

This software caters to your needs. Big or Small

Networking issues with the older version were corrected. There was a limit built in and a hard drop would occur for workstations. when we upgraded the software those issue were alleviated.

this is a sleek accounting software and sales tool. it has man feautres built in to swallow other task streamlining your day to day.

I like quickbooks because it helps me stay organized within my department.

I don't like the constant updates I need in order for the program to work.

I like the ability to create new customer pages and it remembers details. The invoicing is highly effective and painless.

I do no like having to link it to intuit to login.
