Podium is great because it sends an automated survey after every sale. It is also great to answer incoming questions that customers ask.
The only downside to podium is that unless I am sitting at my desk, I don't receive notifications. It would be very helpful if I could hear a tone or beep when I received a message.
Podium has really helped to free up our phone lines as we are now able to answer online questions from customers. It is also great to see reviews and improve based off of what our customers say.

I have yet to experience something I would consider a downside. If I were to add something, maybe a larger variety of available sites for reviews?
One big hole in our online presence was review. We did not have enough. Podium has made it easier than ever to resolve this issue.

A couple of attributes that make podium a great tool to have at my disposal the immediate back-and-forth conversation capability that makes it very easy to get information to and from the customer and the ease of use of the platform across mediums (PC, mobile etc.) . I also love that Podium get me where I am. My work computer, my mobile phone, at home... I can get to my customers that much faster because I am alerted instantly that things are happening.
There have been a couple of incidents where communication with the customer became confusing because it was unclear that the entry had been previously assigned to a specific individual. In my work life, customer location is key to closing business. It would be very time-saving if there were some additional options made available for the customer to complete suck as physical location. I need my customers to be local and in this time of mobile phones, looking at the area code doesn't really let me know where the potential customer is located.
I have personally added approximately a 10% increase to my sales numbers from Podium inquiries. Podium males is easy to quickly and consistently reach customers and potential customers. The option to send files and images directly and easily has helped to close sales more quickly and act as a teaser to get customers into the store for an easy close.
Podium makes it easy to reach all of our clients from one platform. We send messages to current and potential clients quickly and easily. We always have a record of our communication with them, as well.
Nothing in particular about Podium but I dislike the fact that we now have to include specific messages in each text we send that tells them they have the option to stop receiving messages. We are not sending automated messages to them and it is very annoying that we have to include that message in every text we send.
It has made communicating with our clients much faster and easier. The texting allows us to receive immediate responses to important questions that may have been missed if it was sent in an email.

The foremost Pro is that it is super easy to set up and very much easy to use. It performs multiple functions of requesting, monitoring and responding to reviews efficiently. Furthermore it helps us in tracking and keeping reviews in one single location. It's user friendly nature fascinates me and my entire team. I found it to be the convenient product in order to send and receive information via customer base.
It is no doubt excellent product. The only drawback is that it is quite expensive and it offers poor execution. Otherwise it has always proved to be beneficial to me. I am completely satisfied with its customer services.
I would say it is outstanding software that helps us a lot in connecting with others. It always seems to be responsive and answer my questions immediately. Incredibly useful and helpful product. It enables users to text directly from the personal computer. In short I would say it is wonderful product that helps us in keeping us in touch with customers and gives feedback.
Podium allows our company the ability to reach potential at multiple touchpoints. This allows our marketing strategy to be agile enough to respond to the individual communication preference of the customer. Customizable reports are easy to put together and attractive and engaging enough to deliver to C-level executives. The platform is quite intuitive and is easy for even non-technical individuals to utilize.
The analytics capabilities of the platform leave a lot to be desired. Deeper insights could really help us determine true ROI. We have already positive returns but our desire to truly attribute leads to Podium is limited with the current setup.
We are using Podium to drive reviews for our practices across the country. Reviews are huge in being able to drive new patient growth. Podium allows us to do this by getting our customers to give their honest feedback to increase the level of service for each and every customer.

The review portal and website text features are both awesome.
It's expensive, but there is a good ROI on the investment. There are competitors out there that are claiming they do the same thing for quite a bit less. We haven't explored that at this point, but if costs continue to rise I can't say that we won't.
Getting google reviews and having an "online chat" feel with the text feature are both great. Our google ratings are the best in our trade area for our field and the text feature has resulted in sales and better customer experiences.

It's made texting with our customers simple, which is a great way to communicate in today's society.
I like how when customer service representatives are not available to speak to customer, Podium automatically sends away messages informing customers we will be right with them. I also like how you are able to construct new messages and categorize the messages into groups.
There is not much that I dislike, the interface is easy to use and to navigate through. The one little annoyance I have experienced is getting notification emails about messages coming through in which has crowded my inbox; I am sure there is a way to turn it off and this would change my view on it. I love how user friendly this product is and how easy it is to navigate.
I have not recognized many problems using podium at this time. I think that Podium is a great platform to contact customers and get their feedback; I think it is a great way to improve customer satisfaction and involvement. The benefits that I have realized is that it is a easy and quick way to reach customers.
A lot of our customers rely on text message communication and might not have time to answer the phone so having this as a devise of communication with a lot of our customers is great! It keeps track of our conversations and saves most so we can always go back to a conversation with someone if we need to. It is also useful with our techs out in the field. There is sometimes where they can not pick up the phone so we can message them through podium and/or they can message us if they need something. Fast and easy to use in many ways for our customers and for us here is the office and in the field for communication.

The problems we are solving is being able to reach to a lot more of our customers right away. We are able to book appointments and solve problems with our customers faster and more efficient. A lot of people just dont have the time these days to answer a phone call or even return a phone call and a simple text message can really help with that problem of us getting in contact with a lot of or customers. And we have received a lot of good feedback from out customers that they like the option on texting us.
