Prospect.io is some the best of my smart tools discoveries in the last year. This is a tool every sales manager should know and use. It manages all the prospection tasks: from grabbing potential leads from Linkedin (there is a Chrome extension perfectly intetegrated with Linkedin) to automation of emailing to prospects (sending, reminders, triggers for conditional events, and much more) and analytics/reporting. Furthermore it's integrated with the main CRM tools (Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc) and Zapier to automagically export the contacts depending on some triggers (conversions, replies, etc.). They recently have update the interface and some further very useful features to provide with a fluid and smart experience during the sales process. Strongly advised!
There are some issues in the recent total integration with Hubspot and the team is supporting very kindly. In general there are a lot of possible new features I hope they can develop (such as the possibility to the check if a contact changed position in Linkedin). But it's a startup, the continuous & agile improvement is something taken for grant!
All the prospection process: finding new prospects, getting emails (GDPR complaint), refining on the basis of the analytics, and finalising the sale. It's ideal for B2B sales manager.
I use Prospect.io with Linkedin Sales Navigator - this is a very powerful combination. Prospect.io makes collecting lead information from a sales navigator search very easy, and building prospect lists for scheduled drip campaigns can be done in minutes. Being able to track lead interactions with your email is also really handy when hunting and trying to gauge their level of interest. This is the second company I have used this tool at and I will take it with me wherever I go. Highly recommend.
It would be handy if when using the chrome plugin on a Linkedin search you could de-select contacts whose details you don't wish to collect. For example - If I do a linkedin search and want to collect 23 of the 25 search results on a page I have to do those 23 manually, rather than select the two contacts I wish to skip
Being able to build a list of prospects from a very specific sales navigator search, Prospect.io will work out their email address and add their details to a contact card within their platform.

I vetted several companies before deciding on Prospect.io. While I have not seen all of them to be sure, I did look for around 10 of them before deciding on P.io because of its ease of use and functionality. Firstly, the value it brings is apparent. The software allows you to extract emails and easily insert those into campaigns. You may add your own list of prospects of course, either manually or through an email template for bulk uploads. Secondly, the UX is fantastic. Very intuitive, easy to navigate around. I like how the team as well has been very responsive. Whenever I need something, customer support always helps me out and provides relevant answers. Back end support is all too important, but probably often overlooked when looking for niche software such as this.
I am not 100% certain, but I believe there are some small bugs here and there that lead to redundancies in email blasts. Need to verify.
Have been able to not only source for leads, but also been able to A-B Test on lead generation campaigns, and the most responsive customer segments. Statistics are good and very helpful. Therefore, I am able to better identify which customer segments to target.
My favourite feature would be the ability of prospect.io to fetch the contact information from the web
What i diskliked about prospect. Io is the that there is less automation and more manual tasks to be done

What we like most is that this elegant and simple to use software offers a simplified tracking of our sales and also the monitoring of unlimited potential customers that has no expiration, has nothing to lose. The exclusive management of our sales team is configured as a hierarchy of the company, where users can only see their leads and user leads that inform them. Distribution of lead at its maximum expression. Along with sending appointments to your favorite mobile calendar, upload files and more. At this moment, thanks to Prospect.io we can carry out a more detailed analysis, mainly for quality control purposes: the idea is that you can use it to verify the quality of the service offered later.
What bothers us is that if you want more powerful reports, more insightful audits, we had to look elsewhere to be able to understand what the software really specifies when it comes to resolving our sales with our favorite customers. Even Prospect is designed to show a summary analysis of a website, with the purpose of involving the company so that it increases sales simultaneously to eliminate obstacles that may arise along the way, as soon as a marketing project is proposed. In general, it has given us a quick snapshot of the website and how it compares with others.
This tool is very efficient and easy, since it helps us to put a foot in the door with our potential clients. We also have the benefit that allows us to clearly show customers and prospects where there are problems with their presence online and allows a dialogue based on facts about how we can improve it. Now we have a much better understanding of how things are going, and where they are going. It allows us to better understand our sales process and identify where we have to make adjustments. In the same way since Prospect appeared in our company we have improved a lot in: the administration of tasks, quotations / proposals, storage of documents and especially our sales have been more organized than before.
I like the user interface. It's easy to get started and create a drip campaign. I use the Chrome extension daily, mostly on LinkedIn and AngelList. It helps a lot!
There are a few key features missing but I know that they are working on, as we can all see on their public roadmap.
Faster prospecting.
It has simple UI which makes it easy to use to create automated sales. Its integration with Linkedin is very effortless. Customer support which was provided to us was quick and helpful. It also allows us to import our leads from another CRM which makes it standout from others.
Its bounce reporting feature is quite buggy and can be improved this is the only thing that I dislike other than this it is the best tool.
We are majorily using it for marketing purpose and email tracking. It helps us to analyze campaigns and helps us to improve our marketing. It helps us to generate more leads and potential customers.
How it easily connects to LinkedIn and how it organizes things to track connections.
I wish I could copy and paste steps and move them around.
It is allowing us to have a way to easily pursue prospects.
