Mailmodo as a platform is self explanatory for any teams to use. Once the domain was setup on the platform, we were able to roll out AMP emails and see gradually increase in engagement in our emails. Despite being a lean startup, their customer service desk is ready to help us with the campaign reports and platform queires without hesitation
I dont have much to dislike, initially we were missing few integrations, which were sorted later.

By using mailmodo's email marketing tool, we have seen measurable impact in terms of significant improvement in CTR rate, click rate, open rate and read rate. The platform allows us to run AMP email which use interactive widgets that can improve the above said parameters. The supports guys are always available for a short call or whichever medium is convenient for us.
The time take to warm up the domain in mailmodo took us long time. But since this is a generic process for any platform that is shifting to a new email marketing tool, it is acceptable

Mailmodo has a easy to use interface to send interactive and attractive email content to do prospect reach out. The support team is helpful in guiding us on any queries that we come across. The AMP email format has been engaging especially for android users who tend to interact more with such emails.

Our email marketing used to be dull before, now we are using emails to conduct surveys and polls in an more interactive way.
The platform has a drag and drop email template style that is very easy to use. The support system is top notch!
Nothing in mind, but they can be lenient with the bounce rate restriction for mass emailers.
It helps us with email campaigns
The AMP emails have helped us boost engagement on our email campaigns. It is also really simple to author templates, setup complex journeys and integrate back and forth with our platform. There is also constant support from the mailmodo team for whenever my team or I get stuck. Our marketing team completely adopted mailmodo for their promotional campaigns, and we've also started using it for product-led emails.
Would appreciate more team collab features. Sometimes my teammates overwrite each other's work! There're also a few issues when we copy paste content from other softwares (like word/google docs) into mailmodo. I'm hoping the team fixes those soon!

Easy-going UX and easily implementable models. Zero issues in understanding the product UI. Also, their customization options & connectivity to other apps is top-tier!
While there are no specific downsides, there have been times when the product can get a little unreliable (less than 5% of the time). I have experienced failed deliveries, bad renders, and wrong reports. However, their support/customer success team is quick to respond and will get all issues solved ASAP!
Since we've implemented MailModo, we have been able to - 1. Improve deliverability and engagement of our emails 2. Their modules & API integrations have allowed us to integrate our product (to an extent) on our emails. 3. Users are having a better experience with their on-boarding journey and interaction with the product. 4. The overall experience of getting an email from Cutshort has gone up significantly.
The best feature that tilted me towards it is its ability to provide rich, interactive elements that you typically have in websites, in the email itself. We had used Hubspot before but this was a clear differentiator.
Nothing specifically to dislike. Just that it is a relatively new tool so third party integrations are not as extensive but they are covering that gap fast too.
Sending emails to our prospects, measuring their engagement with our content in more depth and then accordingly create follow up content.
Mailmodo is having a lot of options in creating a AMP templates. Lots of sections and options where we can use and utilise on creating the AMP templates. Ease in uploading images and ease in dowloading reports.
Nothing much to dislike as i used only creating AMP templates and downloding reports. Sections that been used by me are well and good in terms of quality or in terms of techinacally.
Haven't faced any issues as of now.

The best feature of Mailmodo would, without doubt be the widgets that you get to add so easily to your email body, but what struck me more the weekly calls with my CS and guide. 30-minute weekly calls to help us grow our open and click-through rates. That was just something else.
So far, we haven't encountered anything we disliked about Mailmodo. However, I do occasionally want more templates to choose from and that is where a community could come in where users could submit mailmodo templates for businesses to use for their everyday campaigns.
A little bit of awareness and a little bit of engagement. I use emails for the middle of my funnel. Sometimes, for conversion too in the case of a shopify customer. But for my B2B customers, it's all about engagement.
