I am just setting up my business and wanted to start small, easy, and inexpensive - MailerLites exceeds all of these. I was surprised to find out that they offered a website service and was thrilled not only that they did but the quality of it. It is just perfect for what I need and kept me from wasting so much valuable time trying to navigate the system. Something you don't get with you could say free or cheaper services is customer service - this isn't the case with MailerLite. I had a question about linking my email and the opt-in process and Matheus not only was quick in his response but screened shot everything right from my account. I would highly recommend using them - and advice that's taken me a hot second to learn is to keep things simple and focus on the value you bring others - MailerLite had helped me do this while also maintaining a professional apperance.

So far, nothing - as I build out my the resources that I am hoping to add to my website - I will most likely have to build out a separate website but this is only because I will need something that is very customized.

MailerLite has strengthen our email marketing process. It is easy to use and implement. Great templates for email and landing pages that are easy to customize. We were able to import all our contacts from excel in to this application very successful and easily. It aslo integrates with WordPress very well and they customer support is very responsive when we are stuck.

I find their website somewhat difficult to follow. I would like a button on every page directly back to the dashboard. I frequently get lost.

It was easy to convert from the Chimp when their pricing got ridonculous, and both Luis and Jen have been amazing customer service reps. Keep up the great work!

So far, the only negative was since I'm ND, sometimes the help videos just confuse more so hopefully I can figure everything out during the free trial month of chat.

In a few minutes you can easily create an email marketing campaign on front-end. Only a few steps to authentice your domain name and setup an automation for your subscribers.

If I must name something that is maybe not the best, I would say that I'd like more statistics and metrics about my campaigns. On the other hand you can connect Google Analytics.

When I started a new pen name, I opened a free MailerLite account, intending to upgrade to a paid one when I received enough subscribers. So when I had trouble authenticating my website, I didn't think I'd get much help from MailerLite's customer service. Boy, was I wrong. Not only did they respond quickly, but Alejandra was committed to making sure my problem was resolved (which she did!) Thank you for the help.

The newsletter builder can be cumbersome to get started. And you can't add a survey unless you build a completely new one from scratch.

MailerLite is my newsletter provider. I'm able to use it for free while I'm building my subscriber base. Cost and the interface between BookFunnel were instrumental factors in choosing ML.

I am new to MailerLite and as I'm just starting my list, I'm on the free plan. MailerLite has been super intuitive to navigate. I haven't needed to use support articles much for the basic set-up I've been doing. I ran into an issue where my mailing list wasn't working correctly, and I was super impressed by support. They responded within three hours to my initial email and all other responses came within less than an hour. The support rep really understood my issue, asked relevant questions, and provided helpful tips without coming across as know-it-all or like they were providing canned copy-and-paste solutions. I am so far very impressed with MailerLite and really glad I chose them as my email list provider!

It hasn't always been obvious where to go to get help with learning the system and features. I prefer to read articles, but the first recommendations for learning were more video-based.

I needed a provider for my email list that provided basic features, was easy to use, and wouldn't cost an arm and a leg as I grow. MailerLite is all of those things and has really exceeded my expectations so far. They have more features than I need, but I'm really excited to explore and excited about the possibilities of growing with them.

On the app, you can't create a new campaign. I have to go to a desktop to create one. I work primarily on my iPad Pro, so I don't like that I had to buy a computer.

Es muy sencillo de utilizar, una vez que lo has configurado no tienes problemas en los envíos, total fiabilidad. Hoy he tenido que utilizar el soporte técnico por un problema importante y en pocos minutos me lo han resuelto, con una amabilidad enorme.

La traducción, es posible que sea por trabajar con una cuenta gratuita, pero hay veces que aparecen traducciones que no son necesarias tras algún cambio y debo revisar el texto completo

It's a very simple-to-use service, MailerLite just works. If I've ever had trouble with something, it's always been an easy fix via their great support.

My only gripe is that there's two versions, and I'm reluctant to shift to the modern experience because of all the accounts I have.

On the Classic verison I would experience slow processing and glitchiness after using the platform for a long time in one sitting. I have now transistioned to the new version of MailerLite, thus far I have not seen that same experience. I dislike that a good number of my Gmail subscribers report that my emails land in their Promo folder as opposed to in their Inbox.

I have been able to see pleasing conversion rates from using MailerLite and the platform also benefits the new entrepreneurs I coach to effectively show a professional online prescence for less. This also them to confidently build and scale their brand without feeling like they cannot produce the same quality as other brands that utilize platforms like ConvertKit, Constant Contact or ActiveCampaign. MailerLite also provides better customer care than many of the other platforms.

Even though I'm still using the free version of MailerLite (for now), they don't skimp on their customer support. I was struggling with a technical issue, so I contacted customer support (where they stated a 2 to 4-day response time), and someone from their team got back to me within an hour of me sending the mail. They were super friendly and resolved the problem immediately so I could continue using the platform.

Customisation is a bit limited, but I assume this is because I am still using the free version. I look forward to upgrading my subscription when the time comes.

Email Marketing campaigns, for now. This is an easy way for me to touch base with existing clients, keep them up to date with new offerings and prompt them to get in touch.

The site is efficient but the reason I recommend ML is because of the excellent customer service via the live chat. Someone always answers in under a few minutes. Invaluable.

I won't ever 'migrate' from classic because I'd have compile everything from scratch again. Literally WEEKS of work.
