What I like the best is that personal lines is that Lyne provides a service that I previously have hired real people to do and honestly the quality from Lyne has been sometimes better than when we've had a virtual assistant do it.

There's nothing I dislike so far, Lyne has made a lot of improvements to the things I previously disliked which is great to see a company that's constantly improving their product.

The man problem Lyne solves is getting ***quality*** personal lines at such a low cost. This makes our cost per appointment drop drastically and improves our turnaround times for getting campaigns out.

The simplicity of making my emails personalized. The AI algorithm is simple yet super-efficient and human-like. I like the magnitude of emails I can send out and the variety that the algorithm creates, when it comes to personalization.

The user interface is great but can be simplified just a tad bit more. Overall, super satisfied with the product and would definitely recommend it to all my friends (already have).

Lynes puts most of the hard work on automation for me, it frees up so much time. Most of all, the first lines are very accurate and they don't like look they were written by AI!

You get an insane number of variations per credit so great value on that front. The no-touch lynes are easily good enough though. Plus, you get native Mailshake integration which is great for me!

Can't really think of any at the moment. In the past I heard the AI spits out pretty bad lines, but it seems the team have really improved the algorithm and the sentences appear natural to me.

No more manually researching your prospect. You could hire this out to a VA, but a human can only write so much in a day. Your VA will only write one line per person too, whereas lyne will write you like 10-12 lines per contact. Crazy. I did a batch of 295 prospects and it was completed in 25mins. The lyne AI reaches quite far & wide outside of the LinkedIn profile, unlike other competitors, for pretty unique lines.

Lyne saves me time and money. I used to have a team of 5+ people does what Lyne could do for me. It'd take them days, whereas Lyne takes minutes. All of this is for fractions of the cost.

Since Lyne uses AI, it's not perfect. There's still room to grow in regards to the quality of the output, but their team has made consistent efforts and improvements to keep us onboard.

Lyne solved a major bottleneck with one of the processes in our lead gen agency. The benefit is that we can service more clients with less staff and less invesment.

The software offers great value for money. I've used cheaper software and a more expensive one. The more affordable was completely useless. The more expensive was doing a bit better job than Lyne.ai, but the difference was so minor that it was not worth it. That's why I stick with Lyne.ai

A few bugs here and there on the website. However, the customer support is great on the chat and can help you figure out everything within minutes.

I like that the csv file shows where the information was pulled from. I think providing a few lyne options is something that is beneficial as well. Pricing is very fair imo

Sometimes I think it would be nice to switch up the intro to the lynes (The first 3-4 words). I still think this product is great though
