LiveChat is great because it integrates seamlessly with WordPress websites in just a few clicks. It is intuitive and easy to use, as well as a great tool to have on your website.

The only "con" side of LiveChat is the pricing. This tool is usually more expensive than other live chat features from different companies and other chat bots as well, but when it comes to functionality, it beats them all.

Its interface is easy to use and can be customized adapting to your needs as well as intuitive. The tool gives us advice on its use regularly. Online 24/7 Simple, value for money product which meets requirements for Small Medium Business - if you need easy to use but still powerful tool - it is for you.

No Linux desktop app yet. But this is first product which allows me to fix it myself by using their API!

As a developer I love it's flexibility and real time feel. The API is very clear and well documented. It is great engineering work.

LiveChat has a nice interface, both its web variant and its versatile form, which makes the work faster and easier, has a decent input frame that is fundamental to control the demands of our customers, they have an exchange consisting of guests from a bot to a specialist, and the ticket procedure traps any exchange mentioned outside the operator's hours

Livechat has great customer saving features that helps the live agents give an understanding of what the clients have inquired about, account information so that it's readily available. Livechat has great features in the settings to fit for your website. There is auto-reply features which can be useful for commonly asked questions while not skipping on the quality of work by the live chat agents.There is also an amazing follow-up ticket system available when live agents are closed for the day.

The cost of livechat is expensive if your company doesn't make enough of income. In that case I would look into something else such as a free livechat software. I also dislike the fact that it's a little harder to setup for the first time setup. It isn't straight forward and there may be some research needed on some of the setup questions for a beginner user.

We are now able to service our clients with prompt answers and provide super fast support for our clients. I think something clients look for is a livechat button. This helps gain customers by retaining their focus in the company with the look of fast support.

The application is Very nice because it’s convenient to the online marketing affiliation Helps me stay connected with customers on the go. I'd be awesome to access archived messages from the app tho It’s so Perfectly tweaked for our website. It helps to keep track of all visitors and allows a great way to interact directly via Web great for making sure you don't miss any chats when you have to leave your desk Very useful application for blog authors I would reommend free and easy to setup easily invite users to chat on the website manually when they visit it design interface shows simplicity and affordability of the Livechats

with the mobile app, Unfortunately It keeps on showing "Reconnecting" like I have no INTERNET issues and it never stops timing out making online chat a huddle at times. Then also when getting the disconnection in background occurs no sounds plays for incoming chat? With my android phone there is a lot of lagging and delay which is quiet annoying Then there is no option to upload pics via esp via Mobile Notifications tone are only set to the ringtone volume setting Sometimes I might not be engaged and all over sudden I appear available to chat yet am meant to be off. Lately i have also noticed power surge with my phone battery then starts heating up not until I kill activities for the mobile app.

I really like to implement Livechat in WooCommerce stores, the integration is excellent, the installation is fast and the configuration is simple, I can customize the window, add the logo or choose a default style. It allows me to interact with the client in a real and active way and, when the chat is disconnected, it takes me to a ticket form so that the communication is always maintained. All this is done very easily and adds value to the online store.

I have no complaints It works quite well and the customer service has always been there to help.

I design online stores for e-commerce and this pluggins helps my clients to maintain direct contact with their own clients, increasing the conversion rate, satisfaction and loyalty. I've tried several live chat pluggins, but this is the best one so far.
