Liquid Planner offers a way to plan your resources in a "liquid", always changing way. The alternative products out there only let you set hard dates, and are difficult to maintain and modify. This product fluctuates properly with our ever-changing priorities and needs.

The pricing could be a little better, though in our case we feel like we are getting a return for our investment. I wish there was a better "Calendar view" to see who is where when, but they are continuously adding updates, so that may be an up-and-coming feature.

Before LiquidPlanner, we were never sure how many resources we would have available for an upcoming project. We simply managed our projects on a day-to-day, or at best, weekly basis. With LiquidPlanner we can plan our projects months in advance, and have a great understanding of which projects are getting out when.

It's simple to use and straightforward, and it saves time when dropping and dragging or renaming and modifying tasks, projects, workspaces, and folders, among other things. It's tremendously useful to be able to view all of the tasks involved with a project in one spot, as well as the schedule for completing them. It costs a little more than some of the other rivals we've examined. We need to code our time into LiquidPlanner and a payroll clock for my organization, which feels like double responsibility. It would be fantastic if LiquidPlanner could interact with payroll programs to fix this issue. However, when it comes to expression, you typically get what you pay for, thus the value stays high. Liquid Planner is an excellent product.

It is really simple to securely share documents and information, and with so many people working remotely these days, it is critical. LiquidPlanner really helps me keep on schedule and notifies me when I'm not on track to complete a job on time. The project timeline will be determined by the information you give to LiquidPlanner.

Intuitive - most features are straight-forward and the ability to drag and drop or change and rename tasks, projects, folders and workspaces etc on the fly is a big time-saver. Customer support has always been very responsive and helpful and they listen to feedback from users. Although I don't use it nearly as much any more working remote, the mobile app is nice for those on the go who want to stay current on the projects and teams status. My team has also taken advantage of the occasional live webinars and online tutorials to get the most of Liquid Planner which we find to be very helpful.

There isn't much to dislike in my opinion but it is a bit higher priced than some of the other competitors we have tried out. However as the saying goes, you often get what you pay for and Liquid Planner is a top notch product so the value is still there.

Tracking large-scale data and technology projects across multiple teams within the organization. The ability to run various analytics reports and easily extract my teams hours and budgeting by projects/tasks has made certain aspects of my job much more efficient. The search functionality makes it very easy to locate tasks, projects, documents or notes even from years ago which can be a big help. Sharing files and information securely is very easy which has never been more necessary with most working remote these days.

I love being able to track my daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. The addition of milestones to monitor project success has been vital it helping us to track key project elements during and after project completion.

It’s not super colorful or creative in design. I’d love for there to be other elements to draw my attention or have items stand out differently.

We’re able to figure out where the hangups or issues arise with client projects through task and milestone completion. It’s great to be able to see a visual representation of how to improve the process or explain the timeline to clients throughout the process. Looking at the timeline of projects and hangups allows us to look at the overall cost of the project to determine if we’re on track for pricing, etc.

Unlike other tools, it schedules your tasks based on your availability per hours in the week. It does not allow you to overschedule yourself or your team. This is HUGE for planning. Also it allows to create priorities across multiple projects without you having to remove tasks from their folders in order to create a hierarchy. This feature is also HUGE. I have tried about 20 different PM tools and honestly, nothing comes even close to Liquid Planner. Plus their customer support is incredible. I have been a customer for 5 years and I HIGHLY recommend it.

The user interface is a little confusing and it's not as pretty as Trello ...but the immense value of all of its tools far outweighs this downside.

No longer overpromising on projects and underestimating the time it takes to complete tasks and milestones. The prioritization features have enabled us to focus on what is truly important instead of just using high / low / medium which dont have that much meaning in reality. The reporting features have enabled us to constantly stay on track and identify areas of key importance that have been neglected.

Liquid Planner has lend a great helping hand in assisting us in our esteemed projects and modified tasks to be completed in a limited timeframe. We can also gain utmost benefits regarding the proficiency of our projects like we can easily track, modify or manage them in the most possible ways. It has this amazing set of tools to overall coordinate the ways we connect and take control of our projects. It also has this time tracking and project supervising features which ensures complete proficiency in the overall work going on. The account can easily be accessed with minimum pricing and premium features. It is quite easy to operate and use in a reliable way.

The certain reasons to dislike this tool that project management features are redundant or does not perform the way they are supposed to. It has also been a disaster when we completely want to automate our projects according to the schedules and time tracking features. Things can also get really messy when we have to assign the tasks or have to overview the complete working of the employees. It has also been used in few of our departments which is mainly used to handle medium sized projects with limited outputs.

Liquid Planner has such an amazing capability to cope with all the project requirements. Like from planning to supervise to completion phase , it has all the required tools for it. A complete set of tool with responsive and user friendly interface also offers assistance in great ways. We can completely rely on this tool and can have full control the way we perform and extract our desired results from the projects. It's a reliable management tool.

I really enjoy the ease of use and making planning project very flexible.

Sometimes it can be rather complicated to make things show up on a calendar correctly for employees to follow.

Flexible planning and changing scope and deadline dates is very easy. I also like the way that estimated hours calculate total time for project. Reporting on project time and cost is a click of the mouse away.
