I like the variety of functions the platform has - almost everything I need for my online courses. Easy to use. The support-team is very friendly and helpful and they always answers within a day.

I don't dislike anything. The only thing I would wish for is a better/integrated function for email marketing to the users on the platform

I really like that I can offer payment plans and subscriptions, drip feed courses, use zoom meetings/webinars inside the platform, and I REALLY like the affordable price!

LearnWorlds support has helped us a lot, when we have doubts they solve us immediately even though our time zones are very different from theirs, that has not been a problem so that we always have the best service. The help of our account manager to start our business was key, he always helps us find an easy way to do things and if we cannot find it, the LearnWorlds team works to offer us solutions. Designing the site was something very simple, as well as starting to sell, all the integrations they have have given us tools to be able to sell more and make ourselves known exponentially, for example, the affiliate program is a great solution in Marketing so that our own students who have already studied with us obtain benefits and also generate more clients for us. The same thing happens with coupons, they have helped us to ensure that sales do not go down, there is not a day in which we have not sold courses. And the data they give us allows us to make updates both in classes and on the platform so that it is easier for the student to study, enroll and live with more people from all over the world.

It seems to me that you have to work on making the site more responsive, from time to time we have to modify texts so that it can be seen well and organized on all screens. Being a platform used by people or companies that are just starting out in this or that do not have enough knowledge about programming, I think there should be support from LearnWorlds to be able to implement programming codes, especially in sales methods. This is an important point, as it can lead to improved customer sales, it is a win-win. There are some things like Windows pop-up or forms that we can find on the LearnWorlds site but that we as users cannot yet use on our sites. You need to be able to have control over the contact forms, since there is no filter on which contact form each data came from, they only give us the unified data.

There are several benefits that have helped us as a startup, first of all, LearnWorlds has an accessible price to start in the e-learning industry, in addition to offering security in the data obtained, that was one of the main reasons why which we chose LearnWorlds. By being able to design the site in a simple way, we were able to invest more money in delivering a better product for our students and in tools that make it easier to interpret the results that have helped us improve. The integrations that LearnWorlds has are great, Stripe, PayPal for payment methods have helped us a lot to be able to enter markets around the world. The reports that they have given us and that we can download help us a lot to make decisions to improve both the company and the user experience in every way.

The platform and page builder is “hackable” to do whatever you need. The new SiteBuilder kills it with 1-click and drag-and-drop build features. Marketing a course is easy with bundles, discounts and coupons, affiliate codes and more.

Like many powerful tools, there are a LOT of options that can be overwhelming, but you don’t need to be a coder to make a beautiful, usable, mobile optimized school for any sector thats customer-focused rather than focused on employee education — but honestly LW is so flexible, the platform would work for this focus too!

Moving our vast offerings of in-person training during Covid-19 to an online space was a huge life in 2020, but LearnWorlds was the perfect platform to host our innovative blended content (self-paced elearning + live training sessions). Launching our certification program online was a no-brained.

First, I love the support team. They have consistently and patiently helped me when I've gotten stuck. You can have a wonderful product but having both an amazing product and great support makes it outstanding! I also love the convenience of combining my website with my course platform--brilliant! Additionally, LW integrates with Zoom, Active Campaign, and my payment software. The LearnWorlds sitebuilder is so versatile allowing me to create just exactly what I need. They continually reveal new benefits.

I get such satisfaction out of creating new courses and working on additions to my website, it can distract me from my other responsibilities...Ha!

The biggest impact so far is the reduction in expenses by combining my website and course platform.

It is easy to build a high quality experience. The templates are well designed and easy to use and they are still customisable. It is very easy to build the courses. It is also fairly easy to build the email marketing around the courses and there are a number of blogs/articles that help new users like myself to become familiar. The education provided by LearnWorlds in general and guidance on how to best use the platform is of high quality. The team at Learnworlds is very responsive and helpful.

nothing.... there are maybe a few features that still need to be developed but overall the platform is great. One of those feature that would help me in particular is if it would be possible to limit the number of courses someone could access during their month of registration.

For me it is having a shop window and having a place to share video lectures.

This is my first time launching my own courses online and I'm loving it. I was unsure between Thinkific and Learnworlds, but I knew they have much better advanced features. The videos are better, you can make them interactive, and the layouts also look much better. Everything is possible in this platform, and one of the best parts is the marketing solutions, can create great sales funnels and upsells. Besides all that, the support is extremely fast and kind. I truly recommend it, just 3 days on it, made already 20 sales of $350 each on my music course, and my students are loving it!!! Good luck! Pedro Madaleno

Nothing up to now superb, all is simple and intuitive

I have tried many platforms and LearnWorlds is the best in so many perspectives. It is easy to set up and has a software that makes it a joy to work with, such as easy to use templates AND the possibility to fine tune them into my own flavor. It is loaded with features and the platform is really worth its price. The support is the best I have ever experienced. They really try to understand the problem and give relevant support and with short lead time as well. (Many other suppliers fail to do this, since they are more interested in closing the ticket rather than actually solve the problem.)

There is only one function I miss, and that is to automatically hide authors in the dropdown list who has not yet published a course. If many authors are in the progress of creating courses, which takes time, the school will have several authors with empty courses. Now the author has to remember to remove its name while creating a course and then remember to insert it again.

Receiving the best support ever and on top of that moving to a better platform.

It feels so safe to know that there is someone out there (customer service) when you sit alone trying to create courses in a program you ve never used before and frustration grows:). I received help within five minutes and got answers to my questions as well as extra advice that help me solve issues at hand. Feel calm and more courageous moving forward knowing they are there!
