The authorization of emails and ensuring when they are verified. Same for Numbers
Infommation, such as number and emails sometimes aren't there.
Solving incorrect information for prospects
It's easy to use and doesn't have outages. You can also add in things that are missing manually.
There are sometimes missing fields- but I guess that happens with any tool.

I use LeadIQ at work every single day - it's very fast and convenient to capture lots of leads from Sales Nav at the same time. I like how easy and simple it is, you don'y need a lot of time to understand how it works, I also like that it shows if the lead has been captured before and if you can add the lead to the specific cadence. One more thing- the majority of the emails are captured correctly and I find my way to reach out to the customer.
Once a month or so it gets lagged and I need to restart it, it won't take long but it's inconvenient.I always struggle with the right phone number, most of the time it leads me to the corporate number and support voicemail.

I've implemented LeadIQ at multiple companies and it's always been a seamless experience. The feedback I get from reps is the Chrome extension for capturing leads is the best one they've used. It's so simple that you can use it with zero training. Everytime I've onboarded LeadIQ there have been new improvements, which is a sign of a company that is constantly evolving. On top of all this, the data they provide is top notch. They are the best tool for mobile phone numbers that I've seen. And unlike other tools in the space, LeadIQ has stayed true to who they are as a company and haven't tried to become a one stop shop, which often occurs at the expense of losing great data.
Overall, I don't really have anything I dislike. If I had to find something, it would be that some of the workflows are a bit strange. ie: you don't know if LeadIQ has contact information on a lead until after you capture the lead. In addition to this, most plans give you unlimted credits but limited premium credits, and premium credits are what's needed to unlock mobile phone numbers. The base packages only give you 100 premium credits per month, which is pretty limiting considering they really promote the quality of their mobile numbers.

Scribe is my favorite feature it makes it so easy to write emails to prospects
often times the numbers listed are not the correct numbers and can be frustrating at times

Limited Data Sources: Although LeadIQ can extract data from various platforms, its sources might not cover the entire spectrum of potential lead pools. This limitation could result in users missing out on valuable leads from sources not integrated into the platform.
Customization and Personalization: LeadIQ allows for personalization and customization of outreach efforts. Users can tailor their messages and communication based on the information gathered, increasing the chances of engaging effectively with prospects.
What I like most about LeadIQ is the ability to find new leads quickly, and set them up in a sequence in as few clicks as possible. The integration to Outreach is also great.
It would be great if an integration to Amplemarket could also be built out so we can leverage the multi-touch sequences there as well.
LeadIQ is solving the problem of having to find new prospects manually.
LeadIQ is best suited for getting mobile connections. It was pivotal for creating pipeline at my last SaaS company due to work from home culture. It's easy to use and implement.
No complaints other than the emails sometimes can be inaccurate compared to other venders. The phone numbers are very accurate though.
