They should have a better helpdesk and webinars to best learn how to use all the features. The system has a lot going on which is great but can be intimidating at first.
Hyper-personalization, campaign control/organization, data reports, all of the metrics! Having such clear data available makes my job easier and allows me to make informed decisions.

Klaviyo integrates beautifly with BigCommerce allowing us to create flows and campaigns which we can send to only the most relevant contacts in our lists. The ability to add emails and SMS messages into flows is excellent and gives us the best option for getting action from the customer.
The Klaviyo support has been hard to reach lately due to staff shortages, but it's certainly getting better. If it is something urgent, chat support might be best, otherwise, you can get a response by email. They have already discussed that they're hiring to make sure the support situation gets better as soon as possible so I feel confident that this will be resolved soon.
We were working with 2 vendors (one for email, and one for sms) for our marketing and since Klaviyo started offering SMS, we decided to combine and use one vendor.
I've been using Klaviyo for email for about 2 years now and just started using the SMS features in the last few months. Adding SMS options into existing flows (journeys) is easy and effective. Klviyo has been very helpful in getting our business to make a very positive ROI on the cost. Our email campaigns continue to be successful, but the segmented and targeted flows are the moneymaker for us!
The cost is a bit high but that is to be expected with what we receive in return. They are also struggling with technical support reps to handle the influx of chat, email, and phone requests. The wait time to talk to a human can be a bit tough at times, but they re very helpful once you are able to talk to someone.
We were using other email platforms but we were looking to take email marketing to the next step. The integration with BigCommerce gave us the option of making very in-depth customer segments which was lacking in other email platforms.
What I like best about Klaviyo is the ability to create content outside of the software and import the image into the email to make a clean and astehtically pleasing design. I also love how the company offers live trainings to always keep their customers up to date regarding the newest updates to the software. Another aspect I love is how easy it is to customize buttons to fit the asthetic of the content of the email. Lastly, I love that Klaviyo offers the recommendation generator for email subject lines and even shows how our previous subject and preview lines performed with our customers.
What I dislike about Klaviyo is that the metrics for old emails from previous years are available to view and the email templete its self isn't viewable. I also don't like how long metrics take to load while an email is sending out that current day. Lastly, I dislike that not all fonts are available on Klaviyo and we have to go on the bedend to imbed our brands font to fit our brands guidelines.
Klaviyo is solving the problem of keeping constant contact with our vaulable customers and keeping them up-to-date with valauble information. It also solves the problem of sending automted emails such as welcome emails and shipping confirmation to thank our customers for their purchase. Klaviyo is benefiting me by allowing me to schedule emails ahead of time to make sure they are sent every week at the same time based on the local recipients time zone.
The ability to create smart marketing and product flows.
If you have multiple regional stores, Klaviyo doesn't allow you to be logged into multiple Klaviyo accounts at one time.

I like Klaviyo's functionality and ease of use. It makes creating email flows and campaigns a quick and simple process. We have seen great results by using Klaviyo for all of our outgoing emails to customers.
the one thing that I don't like is that they changed their email creation function and it is unable to integrate with previous design templates. This makes it frustrating having to recreate templates.
Klaviyo had taken over all of our emails to our customers. We use Klaviyo to announce collection drops, new products, and company updates. We have also seen great results from the welcome series we created.
Templates aren't at all boring - they're so modern that they require very little to be changed. The most you really have to do is just add your brand assets in.
No dislikes, it's super easy to use and I love that you can so easily duplicate existing campaigns and flows to create a similar one.
I am less hands on as they are automated email flows which complement my ordering process and follow up with people who haven't ordered in a while with incentives to do so.
