How easy it is to coordinate all my social media with my blog through HubSpot. Also the ability to track my leads through their CRM system.
How often HubSpot make changes to the blog creation tools. It's hard to keep up with them, and sometimes even support doesn't know what's occurred. They do have great support to help!
When I publish a blog immediately my message links to my Facebook, Linked In, and Twitter. I'm able to track any comments, on my blog, track clicks, and leads quickly and easily. It's an easy system to follow and keep track of.
The CMS is very easy to update and make changes. We have a large organization and the website serves many different departments, I constantly receive requests for small changes, Hubspot makes it easy to update and is very user friendly.
I have yet to come accross any downsides to using the CMS
We migrated and merged a handful of domains on to the Hubspot CMS to help increase the UX as well as the SEO, and both have drastically improved.
Hubspot CMS makes managing our info and data so straightforward! We've been able to keep things organized and clean.
Honestly, no dislikes. I've been happy with Hubspot CMS up to this point.
We have worked to solve better data management, keeping the information updated, and saving time for all of us involved. The organization and filtering have been the best benefits, but it also helps us keep accurate while connecting with clients.
The flexibility of choosing the package that suits your website goals.
A bit clunky mixed in with the other "hubs"
Creating a LMS for a client
I use Hubspot CRM daily. We manage our contacts, talk to customers, build campaigns, manage workflows, etc..
There is really nothing to dislike about the Hubspot CRM.
We host everything on our Hubspot account. We heavily rely on Hubspot functioning on a daily basis due to all of our marketing being powered by Hubspot.
all the function for super user , but since i am user only i can not use all of the function
The price , quite expensive to upgrade all user to have the same permission to all function
How to integrate team collaboration to improve team effective to get higher sales
I have been using HubSpot for a year now and it has been an amazing learning experience. We build our entire website manually on HubSpot without any technical knowledge. The best part about HubSpot is their support system. They are available for you 24x7 and always try their best to resolve your problems.
a specific module. I was recently working on a program. SO HubSpot has these video modules on which you can't automatically encode subtitles like YouTube. It would be better if they come up with a solution to this
We couldn't keep track of the leads or the contacts before. It has become easier with HubSpot now. tracking emails and website traffic. It really gives us good insights. Marketing has become a lot easier and simpler with HubSpot.
It is beneficial to track and communicate with leads, follow up on all emails and meetings and make better personal campaigns.
I cannot point one thing I do not like in the platform. The fantastic support answered everything that I disliked or needed help with.
Hubspot helped us have better-organized campaigns that bring actual results.
I find HubSpot so easy to use; there are so many learning tips and lessons you can watch to learn how to do something quickly. HubSpot is constantly making changes and improvements.
I cannot think of anything i disklike about HubSpot. I use it for email campaigns, blogs, website pages, creating contact lists for campaigns. It suits all my needs.
Easily creating workflows for email campaigns, compiling lists for events, quickly creating blog posts and web pages. It saves so much time!
CMS, Blog, Social, workflows, campaigns, CRM
limitations on social ads, limited data, no 1:1 CSM
Easy to update and customize website, customer journey data, sales/marketing alignment
Being able to create and update web pages quickly without having to get a developer involved. Running tests on web pages. Hubspot support.
I felt like I had a little more control of technical SEO within WordPress - that would be cool to have in Hubspot CMS.
No problems. It has made my work much easier being able to do so much in one tool.
I consider that HubSpot has a friendly interface for basic users so it is fast that all the people get involved in the tool.
I think HubSpot has to offer better prices for customers or integrated more integrations included into packages for example with tools like Slack.
It is really easy to track every contact by pipelines and also it is wonderful to integrate a lot of modules in the same place, for example, website metrics, SEO, webpages, emails, sequences and so on.
I love the dashboards! I love the ability to make my own custom dashboard reports. I love the drip campaigns and the integrated social component. I love the blogs, I love the templates, I love the CRM, I love the SEO...I love it all!
I don't think it has a good integration with Instagram.
HubSpot handles a number of functions that if they weren't handled by HubSpot, would have to be handled by several different software components. I have not found a better integrated, systemwide, Silver bullet.
I like how easy it is to do internal linking within HubSpot. The functions are easy to use and there is tons of training available in HubSpot Academy.
Pet peeve: When you search for something, for example in blogs, pick a blog to look at, use the "back" arrow to go back to the listing, your search results are gone. Would be nice if the results of your search query would still be there when going back so you don't have to retype your search query.
We now have our main site and 3 subdomains all in HubSpot, so we can now track everything better with it all being under one "roof". I have recently found the "Topics" tool under "SEO" and love it! Being able to create content/topic clusters and then see the traffic for each is outstanding.
It's super simple to create landing pages and templates in HubSpot. You don't need to worry about hosting and security at all. HubSpot has everything that you need to run a website. I like the simplicity and flexibility of the tool. In addition, it comes with A/B testing and SEO feature, which helps optimize conversion rates and grow organic traffic without any hassle.
There's no way to test out HubDB in a staging environment, which creates an issue sometimes. HubSpot helps to find the SEO issues, but there's no way to track keywords ranking or page ranking in a single place. The reporting features are quite limited.
We don't need to worry about scaling our content and pages. We don't have to worry about website hosting and security. We don't need to pull engineering resources to build the website. It significantly saves time and resources. We can easily clone the page to launch a similar landing page. HubSpot CDN is fast and reliable.
HubSpot brings everything I need to one place. I can plan, execute, review, analyze, strategize, collaborate, reach customers, and more. Our inbound leads and sales operations have gone to the next level since using HubSpot. I recommend this to everyone I speak with who struggles with content management and social media posting.
As with all things, I wish I was more affordable. Getting executive sign-off, even for expensive tools, is one of the more difficult parts of my job.
Content planning and strategy confusion has completely gone away. We run a tight schedule with advance reviews and lots of action, so a ticketing system built into my posting platform is crucial. We now have seamless communication from the C-suite all the way through the org with tracking and milestone management.
The academy/training videos are very helpful for self-directed learning on how to use this powerful tool.
Some of the filter conditions (e.g. opening a marketing email) might work in one place (e.g. workflows) but not another (e.g. contacts). I also get a big frustrated that certain functions, like date-centered delays, don't work in all automation types.
Smart content makes it easy to regionalize emails, landing pages, and forms for international operations. The tool is powerful - the biggest challenge you might have is getting your whole team on board.
With HubSpot CMS, I am able to facilitate the maintenance of the companies' marketing team, ensuring safety and time saving for the team.
I miss blocking some HubDB tables or templates by users. Today you either have access to everything or you don't. I would like to give different permissions on these items.
With HubDB, we were able to transform more than 500 pages in a few tables, transforming hours of maintenance in a few minutes.
The Hub has me on point, I love that I can check the box and right click to keep track of the client list that really helps me keep track. not only with tracking my calls but also allowing me to assign other agents important tasks. and allowing me to see just home many calls I make in a day and track by week, as well as allowing me to see where I left off when I get sidetracked. I find it really easy to use and understand I will recommend this software to all my colleagues. thank you so much for this product. it's made my work life easy and clean and made it very understandable.
I don't like that when I close the tab for my contacts and I go back and reopen the Hub it takes me back to square one and I have to remember where I left off from the day before. I would like it to open where I left off from. even if I close out and reopen the HUB, say for instance I did 120 pages I would like to mark all the calls and close out of the HUB at the end of the day, the next day come back and start on page 120.
The problem that I have been having is losing my place, I do about 100 pages a day of 25-50 calls and I sometimes lose where I left off even though I mark the client one by one. my strategy is to do as many calls as possible and if there is a way to section off the call that has been made in a day, so that when I reopen the Hub I can take off where I left off, without confusing the already been made calls with the to-do calls . it would be nice that each call that has been made would be marked as already been called .
HubSpot CMS maximizes the time marketers spend creating content. You can easily duplicate and edit the content. HubSpot CMS is responsible for building SSL and security environments, so you don't have to worry about building infrastructure. You can easily personalize the content connected with CRM.
Not everyone can develop a website because there aren't many HubSpot CMS engineers. A knowledgeable engineer is required for HubSpot CMS.
Any engineer who understands WordPress can quickly understand HubSpot CMS. A knowledge base is also available for that purpose.
