Jive makes it extremely easy to get setup as a partner, and to quickly ramp up to be able to service customers. The support and enablement is fantastic!
I wish the desktop app integrated with Office more seamlessly.
Our customers have realized cost savings, improved reliability, and a great feature set. All are VERY pleased since we have moved them to Jive!
The user interface is extremely graphical and easy to map. And for anything that is confusing, I can get a live help person to walk me through help with a screen share. The level of customer support is outstanding. And what's even better, is how affordable each line is monthly.
The integration of GoToMeeting can be a bit confusing.
I have an auto-attendant now, which is extremely customizable. This has significantly reduced our robo-dialers and solicitor calls.
Jive is super easy to set up, configure, and maintain. It's a very powerful communication tool that easily replaced our PBX system. Customer service/Help Line staff are fantastic. They stuck with us from onboarding thru today. Whenever we call with an issue, we are always able to speak with someone who is helpful, positive, and knowledgable. Making changes to the system has a very short learning curve and the user interface for the call flow tool is amazing.
That we hadn't switched sooner. LOL. Seriously though, the user documentation can be a little difficult to navigate, but by using the search features and having a little patience, you can find what you need. Also, like with any VOiP system, if you're having network/hardware issues, then your Jive service is down too. I also wish that we could place calls on hold and anyone could pick the call up from any phone. We use the call park feature as a workaround, but it's a little tedious.And if I wanted to be extra picky, I wish that we could change the robo voice that is integrated into the system. She's a little creepy.
Jive allows easy, efficient call handling and provides multiple conduits for our customers to reach the employee who can best serve their needs. Our customers have expressed appreciation with our ability to route their calls and the ease of obtaining assistance after hours.
Jive is extremely user friendly. The drag and drop platform is simple to use, but exceptionally powerful. The customer service and technical assistance is top notch. Assistance is a phone call or email away. The Jive staff take the time needed to explain and educate. Jive does not charge for technical assistance like other VOIP providers do. Their pricing is transparent. Their service is extremely reliable with no down time ever experienced by us. They have HIPPA level security available.
I would like to see Jive offer more sales and marketing options such as texting or phone call campaigns with integration to a CRM and lead tracking/ analytics. I would like to see integration with Keap/ Infusionsoft.
We can handle multiple locations and businesses within one dashboard seamlessly for less cost than our prior provider. We have never had a dropped call with Jive.
There response time is impeccable and their work superior.

When systems go down as they sometimes do, they have us up and running within less than an hour most times.
JIVE has done an amazing job supporting our team as we have transitioned from our previous phone service. I love the graphical call routing system that can be re-routed from any computer at any time.
I've been told that a client company that they have calls in their ring queues being dropped after a half-ring.
We can create new ring groups and call routing on the fly. I work from different offices, and my extension can now follow me, both to my handset and to my cell phone via an app. I can check my voicemails from the app, instead of dialing into the VM system. We have unlimited call parking.
I'm on my own, no employees, just me...and yet Jive gives me great customer service. There are always there when I need them!
I'm always curious about the 'why' of things...sometimes something that is technically wrong just gets fixed. Sounds silly, but I'd like to know why it wasn't working. Oh well...
I love that I can tell who's calling, and see a call coming in when I'm on another call. It gives me the ability to choose. I live that!
Jive offers a very modern handset, communications application and easy to use and navigate back-end for administrators. We have finally found a solution that is housed all in 1, previously we had to use Kall8, Nextiva, Spectrum and TPX to perform 85% of what Jive offers all within the 1 platform.
We have been unable to effectively connect our Door King program with our Jive software. The negative result does not completely lye with Jive, there were some setup shortcuts taken with our previous provider.
From phone call monitoring, call forwarding and having a streamlined communications platform, our clients are commenting on the vast improved communication platform. Our staff is able to be heard clearly, quickly and easily able to add callers and share screens, to join GTM within the system. If one steps out of the office for a meeting, they can still accept phone calls via the Jive app without having it interfere with their personal cell phone line.
The customer service is great. They are happy to help with anything!
The settings and the setup process can be a little overwhelming and confusing at first, but customer service/tech support helps a lot.
I can work from home using business class VoIP instead of going using a landline.

Services from hive gave me peace of mind to have a complete package of office communication needs. I have my phone over the cloud. Extensions and the best is faxing capabilities . I think the fees of services can not be beat.

Being able to use my Cisco phone system with Jive has made using the Cisco phone system so much easier. Jive offers so many ways to customize the system - from setting ringtones to setting up a flow or incoming calls. Jive's customer service makes it so easy to tailor the flow of calls. They offered suggestions I hadn't even thought of. Jive makes my phone system work for me!
I would like more "on hold" music selections. That's the only downside I have!
Jive helps create a professional phone system that will grow easily with my business. Jive is very easy to use.
Jive is great because you can easily transfer phones to cell phones, etc. to work remotely. And anytime I have a question, they are always happy to help.

There isn't anything that stands out as something I dislike. It really all depends on how you would use a system like Jive. I don't see any reason a person wouldn't switch.
Jive has allowed my call flow and workflow to be more consolidated.
Their customer support is what I like best. I can always get a hold of someone quickly to help me with any issues.
The pricing could always be lower thought it's already cheaper than our old phone plan. Since the whole service internet base I bet they could lower the price further if they wanted to.
We solved the problem of paying too much for an outdated phone system. The benefits are many from using their auto attendant service to getting reports of call and call volume and many others.
The admin interface allows you to do anything you need to do to manage your phone system without needing to call support.
Not much to dislike so far in our first 6 months. Only thing I can think of was we had some difficulty with the desktop version of the calling app early on when it was first out of beta, but has improved and has become my daily driver.
Our previous VoIP provider had many outages both at the data center and with the dedicated data lines they were using to provide service. When we moved to Jive we utilized our primary and backup internet lines which have very few problems so we have fewer outages there. Also, Jive as a service very rarely has an outage and if there are they are brief. One unexpected benefit we have realized with Jive is that we are spending less time managing our phone system since changes are quick and easy in the web interface instead of multiple long calls as with the previous provider.
Their tech support is fantastic, the quality of the calls are exceptional and they are so willing to help in anyway they can. Always reaching out to make sure I am satisfied.

Phone call distribution, voice mail, texting, faxing. No need to find multiple solutions because Jive does it all.
Jive features are among the best. and Setup is a breeze. We really appreciate doing business in our own currency, unlike other services that require us to pay in U.S when we are a Canadian company. Billing is very clear and concise.
It would be nice to change the Quality of a call on the fly if a call gets choppy for any reason. It would also be nice to be able to set speed dial numbers on our phones with pauses. Currently the system only allows for a phone number and not a pause to be added.
Being able to communicate with others in our company as easily as Jive made it, makes our business flow smoothly. We no longer experience the same volume of dropped or unintelligible calls.
Easy to Program, Easy to Use and Customer Service is Great! A Lot of great features. They don't nickle and dime you if you need additional mailboxes or Automated Attendants.
Cant do group texting or voicemail transcription but this is a feature they are currently working on. Not much I dislike about Jive.
