GanttPRO is not just a tool, it's a comprehensive solution offering features like task, deadline, cost, resource, and portfolio management, along with team collaboration (if you need it – more on this later), time logging, essential baseline features, and advanced export and sharing options. What I appreciate most about GanttPRO is its functionality and design – it’s not just functional, it’s purposeful. While using this tool, I have a strong feeling that the creators of GanttPRO have expert-level knowledge in using Gantt charts to optimise planning. This isn't just a tool with a Gantt feature tacked on; it's a specialised, expert-level Gantt tool designed for those who understand and value the intricacies of Gantt chart management. I highly recommend GanttPRO over any other software that treats Gantt charts as a secondary feature. Themes would be great, but they're not a dealbreaker at all – the export functions are super customisable, enough for you to add your own branding and flair to your charts.

My experience with GanttPRO has been exceptional, particularly in planning group projects. Its value became evident when compared to other tools I’ve used, such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, and Microsoft Office's Gantt features. GanttPRO stands out, especially for solo workers like myself: GanttPRO’s unique offering of creating virtual resources, a feature I didn't find in any other tool I tested, allows for seamless resource allocation to tasks without the need to add all team members, which often leads to increased costs in other tools (I’ve definitely been burned by this before).

What I like most about this software is that it has a very pleasant interface to look at, in addition to being very easy to use. I like that I can create tasks, edit them, delete them, etc. with great ease. I think each of the sections and modules is also very well organized. I consider it one of the most complete tools on the market.

I don't think there are any negatives in terms of the use of the software. If I could mention one disadvantage, it is that it has a considerable price for academics who could take advantage of the software for their projects.

The business problems I solve are that I can manage each of the activities of each of my projects and I can easily visualize my progress. I believe I've significantly improved in tracking and completing my tasks.

I have to highlight that GanttPRO is the best gantt creator funtionally and intuitivelly.

I needed a Gantt diagram editor and I couldn't find one that ajusted to my expectations. GanttPRO archives all my needs as a sowtware student that has to produce this kind of diagrams.

The easy and versatile interface. Easy to use copy-paste feature, Export to PDF (with huge page size) & Excel, Faster loading time, an excellent estimation way hourly/fixed. When we want to do a project, we can select demo projects from the template and use them to make projects faster. The templates are industry standard. I learned many things and completed a very complex project with one of the given templates. One interesting feature, we can create virtual assets and assign different rates for different assets. So, when it times to calculate project cost we can easily add assets and calculate hourly or fixed rate.

The combination of the project timeline & cost / Service charge in a single solution is stunning. Moreover, it can be used as a task manager efficiently. We can share the chat with the client. It saves a lot of time.

Simple. Fast. Easy. Gantt Pro is an excellent tool for event planners like me. I can link my google files directly in the system. I can have an overview of the work that needs to be done. Very cool.

It is quite expensive. But I guess that it is okay like that. I still like it. Gantt Pro is convenient and valuable, but the fee to use it is expensive. I have not seen no buggs.

Gantt Pro is a platform for project management. You can enter all your tasks and put them on a timeline. When you are an event planner, you can easily get lost in the process.

It was straightforward to use where every button is put in its best position, creating projects is easy and quick, and adding tasks and milestones is very easy. Also, controlling bars is very easy. You can move each task from one level to another. It supports multi-level tasks. The export function is full of functions and options, printing to pdf, png, or exporting to XML. all were fantastic.

Nothing to say, but if it included "pay as you go" plan in pricing, that will be very good
