The customer support are very helpful, knowledgeable and US based. Having e-manageone has completely restructured our business in an incredibly powerful way. It's workflow action items make our commercial furniture contracting process transparent, efficient and provides data for different forms of analysis and reports. The queries are very powerful.
The outdated UI/UX but this is being updated with their recent hiring of a new CTO.
