For a small business, it provides us an organized and safe place for our team to store and share passwords and notes.

I'm sure there is something; however, I can't think of anything at the moment. I would say their support could be better. I hesitate commenting on support because I've not had to use it often

We were looking for an affordable and safe way to organize and share passwords and notes. We tested several and picked Dashlane.

The best part about Dashlane is that it allows users to create complex, unique passwords for each system easily and provides a system for them to be able to manage them.

I wish there were automated tools to manage compliance (users with poor scores, users who don't complete the sign up process, looping in their supervisors about those issues.) Right now it's all manual.

We had users with very basic passwords that were reused in 100+ systems and had serious exposure.

The best part of Dashlane is it's support team.

The downside of Dashlane is some glitches in sharing and syncing.

We are not currently solving any problems with Dashlane.

It's fairly intuitive to use; allows us to store passwords, MFA, has different formats for different types of keys, etc. Sharing is easy with other members of the org, etc.

The desktop application is disappearing; will be reliant on the chrome / browser extension only Licensing is relatively expensive No integration with Bettercloud

Dashlane takes security seriously. Their architecture and implementation is well done, and the user interface is top-notch. Typically the password manager also has a host of common sites like Netflix, UPS, GitHub, or Dropbox. It can change passwords automatically, which helps users better ensure their security with ease. Dashlane has been iterating and delivering on new features recently and doing so with quality. SCIM integration is also on the way, which will be hugely helpful for onboarding processes!

From a business management perspective, the admin console falls a tad short. For example, you currently can't easily export a CSV listing of all users, but you could easily do so if you're using the AD or SAML integration. It's also a bit more rigid compared to 1Password. For example, you can either enforce two-factor or not but can't set the type of 2FA required, nor are any failed login attempts reported.

Managing non-privileged (i.e. IT) passwords for our end-users. We've realized enhanced password security and end-user awareness. It has also enabled additional productivity for our end-users w/fewer password resets.

Sharing passwords can be a bit of pain if you have the old Dashlane client installed. Passwords may not be added, fix is to uninstall the Dashlane client and use the web client exclusively. Wish it supported auto user provisioning

Address poor password hygiene. Have employees get in the habit of using complex passwords as standard passwords. Must be over 20 characters. Know the footprint of the passwords employees manage and make sure people change passwords as people leave the company.

The onboarding from the daslane team was outstanding. They worked with us to get everything setup, create a plan for rolling out, and then helped train our team.

There was a bit of confusion on the best way to set up the included family accounts. Additionally, and we know this feature is coming, for offboarding a user, they have to export their passwords and create a new personal account. We would love to see a way to combine personal and work accounts, similar to Lastpass.

To say that security should be the number one priority for businesses these days would be an understatement. Not only are we ensuring our users are creating better/stronger passwords for their business accounts, but it's also educating them on best practices for their personal accounts. We're seeing a lot of our employees pick up on this importance and run with it, applying it to their personal passwords and sharing it with their families.

It tends to think websites dropdowns are asking for passwords when it is not. Very inconvenient at times as it blocks the options I'm trying to select. The "do not autofill option" only temporarily works for some of my most heavily used worksites like QBO.

Again just frustrating that Dashlane often blocks an option I am trying to select for a section that is not even asking for a password. I want the "do not ask" option to recognize the website I"m using and work for longer than it typically does.

Passwords sync across a number of platforms - PC, Mac, iPhone. It is useful to b able to access my passwords wherever I am. I can also use it to store credit cards, personal autofill info, etc which makes online navigation easier.

The interface is a bit clunky. It's sometimes hard to find a tool I had previously used because each of the desktop, browser and mobile versions have a completely different interface. It would be nice if it looked and worked the same. It would also be nice if you said "keep logged in for 14 days" that it would actually do that. By using on different computers, it keeps logging me out. I'm sure this is a security thing, but I already made that decision when I asked to stay logged in.

Great to share passwords, especially hidden passwords, meaning that even if an employee were to leave, they don't have a copy of the password itself. Easy to share, easy to manage.

Random password generation and the memory of passwords for all websites

You can't fill in three fields for a sign in (only allows one), and they got rid of the desktop client!

No more spreadsheets of passwords, and I realized that my passwords are usually weak and reused.

I love the auto log in. I love that I can turn it off as well. I love that I can make certain domains mandatory to fall into our business space. I also like the clean interface that shows me my weak or compromised passwords.

I don't like that it logs me out so frequently. The admin experience is frustrating because for new user or deleted user alerts it does not say who added or deleted the user. We need an alert for compromised passwords!

We are able to monitor and enforce good password security.

Dashlane business has assisted us with creating and sharing out MFA codes throughout of various teams and departments. This allows us to collaborate and share out passwords quickly while also being aware of security risks and factors in the Security scores.

Dashlane is currently improving the business admin console page to allow for more workplace security with better visibility of external shares. Excited to see more features that allow for more detailed audit logs, improved speed and performance with auto fill, and faster synchronization after MFA code changes across shared passwords.

Solving unsafe password sharing techniques that had been used in the past (not quite writing the password on a sticky note but unsafe share methods) that allow us to make sure we are being considerate on our security vulnerabilities when using shared login passwords.

I really like that there are no limits to how many accounts you can have saved. And also, there's a feature where Dashlane will recommend passwords or tell you if your password is strong or weak. You can also get an extension for your browser to make it save your accounts automatically. And it's not just your accounts. You can save credit card info as well. Super cool and easy to use.

The only thing that I don't like as much as the other upsides of Dashlane is that you have to be subscribed and pay either annually or monthly. It's not that you have to be subscribed, more because the prices are a bit too much, in my opinion. You can use it without a subscription, but then you'll only have the information stored on a single device instead of having it on multiple devices. I still use it today, and I am subscribed.

The most significant help of using Dashlane is what it's made for, keeping your passwords and credit cards organized in such a way that it helps you have a good insight on your accounts and also not forget your passwords.

The web browser integration does not always work

Remembering and sharing passwords and important notes

As a part of my job I have to log into numerous carrier sites. Remembering all the passwords would be next to impossible but with Dashlane I don't have to - they remember them for me and make the login process easy.

I don't like that a little shadowed "D" appears in every box whenever I'm on a site, and even more annoying is that sometimes when I'm filling in information it always tries to fill in my information and will pop up a box that I can't always get rid of. I have to disable the extension sometimes when filling out applications that don't need my personal information, which then means I have to enable it again to get onto other sites.

Dashlane business makes the login process easy, and in my office sometimes we need to share logins or documents, which we can easily do with Dashlane.

The best thing about using this fantastic application is the fact I can generate passwords for every single account that I own without having to remember what they are! Truth be told, I don't know any of my passwords apart from the master password!

This application is fantastic, and I don't dislike anything at all!

This platform has helped me take control of my personal security by automatically generating passwords during sign up process and automatically saved them for me, also being able to see my password health score, which ones have been compromised or re-used more than use is great because I can take action

Dashlane goes a long way in securing your passwords and managing them simply. It’s eash to use and has many support features in addition to both mobile and desktop applications. You can login just about anywhere if needed and sync the passwords accordingly so that passwords, usernames and secure notes can be accessed from multiple devices.

Every so often dash lane changes my usernames to “null”, other times it doesn’t update or sync correctly after I change a password.

Dashlane is beneficial for those who typically utilize several passwords. Makes tracking, updating and logging in to programs and sites quick and efficient.

--It's glitchy. I get requests from staff somewhat regularly saying that Dashlane isn't working right, and how do they fix it? The chrome extension randomly fails or crashes, the auto-fill is clunky, etc --My company is not tech savvy (mostly), and there's a few oddities that make for a messier UX --Can't share payments --SSO is only availble for premium business accounts --I was told that because of our company size, we don't get an account manager. I know this is common but it's always disappointing. An account manager shouldn't be based on the revenue of the account, and I started with my company after the initial account setup, so no one showed up to help me figure it out :/ --Doesn't seem to do 3rd party audits which is kind of odd and just a little shady

Login security is the primary service for us. I particularly appreciate the password health section and my administrator ability to monitor the password health of my employees
