Browser auto fill is nice. It does have a tendency to add more identities for the same domain and then not know if you change your password on the same domain which then results in a ton of duplicates. IE: Office.com will be remembered but then if you change the password it might pick it up as a new user name and password for auth.office.com. Then it will try to automatically sign you in with the incorrect one. These could be coming from unreliable syncing also.. I am not sure.

I liked the balance of price and functionality. They also are continuously improving to try and keep up with competitors.

With their infusion of funding, they've been hiking the prices but their functionality hasn't kept up with a lot of their competitors that they're now at the same price point with. The administration and management of it don't cater to larger companies as you scale. Groups and user management aren't very efficient. It also continues to have flaws in its usability that is a roadblock to adoption.

For $20 a month, the 10 licenses are a huge value to simplify saving and sharing credentials, secure notes, and payment info. The affordable price point makes it a very attractive option for those skeptical about moving to a password manager. The Administration console is straightforward and helped make deploying licenses to employees easy. The additional Dark Web monitoring is very insightful.

I wish Dashlane would simplify the process of downloading a monthly billing statement. The inclusion of Passkey support is great, but the section remains hidden until after a user adds their first Passkey. By not showing it as an option, I can see where some people may not know it's an available feature. It's very difficult to access the credentials of past employees once their licensing has been removed from their accounts. The separation of "work" credentials and notes from personal could be much clearer and stronger.

It is helping my team understand that complex passwords are a requirement of doing business, making it easier to do so and sharing safely when needed. The Dahlane Admin console also is helping me know who is taking the initiative seriously and who is not, by showing me the number of passwords each user has and how many are recycled.

Dashlane is a wonderful software that I can use to manage all of my different passwords and have access to them on my Mac and iPhone. Never again will I need to go through the process of changing a password that I have forgotten...because with Dashlane, I've got all my passwords in one area.

The only downfall is the cost of the premium Dashlane subscription. I'm not a fan of subscriptions....I would be way more apt to purchase an app at a premium than to pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee.

Being able to keep track of all my passwords has been a huge benefit. I group them by personal and work to help me organize them even better.

Cost-effective and feature-rich and secured password management solution. The best thing about it is you pay less for a lot of features available on competitors. One upside is it also comes with a complimentary Hotspot VPN which helps secure your connectivity.

I've integrated all my passwords with Dashlane and set it up on all my devices, and it's crazy useful. As a team, we're sharing passwords on the go, and it helps us reduce the costs of some tools while increasing our overall cybersecurity.

There is something to do to improve onboarding for new employees. It feels like we have to explain how Dashane works and what it can do. This work could be done by Dashlane rather than us. There are also some weird UX features: I don't get why we have to accept invitations to be part of a group or accept password sharing.

We're improving cybersecurity and sharing passwords and notes safely. Password sharing allows us to save money on tools where we don't need individual accounts. We're also gaining time on regular fields filling (passwords + basic info).

Simple. Easy to coordinate passwords across devices. Groups allow easy password sharing across internal teams. Price is competitive with other similar services.

As a business owner using the Teams subscription, I wish they had better solutions for my customers, e.g. being able to create project passwords, groups, etc. In a recent update they removed the ability to manage Categories, which is a feature I was using all the time. They refuse to add it back in even after receiving feedback to do so. Sometimes the app will not reflect a new password across devices / groups immediately. With the new Web only UI it isn't exactly clear how to REFRESH to get the latest updates.

Easy to use across devices and browsers. I feel significantly safer knowing I have complex passwords and can easily review them with Dashlane.

Occasionally, Dashlane will automatically fill in forms that I don't want it to, and it can sometimes be hard to turn off for those websites/sessions.

I have more than 300 username/password combinations for business and personal use. Prior to using Dashlane, I had many reused or similar passwords and had a hard time keeping track of everything. I had lost track of many logins. Since moving myself and my business to Dashlane a few years ago, I don't have to remember any and my passwords are all unique and look something like this: Hk#8m6QaBox5$Ciy. Additionally, the sharing function is very helpful in the workplace and I plan to set this up within my household as well, in case of emergency. There is some initial work of setting things up and replacing poor passwords with complex ones, but as you complete that process you will feel much safer and understand the risks you had previously.
