The super helpful team that helped us implement the changes in around a month. They are always present and try to sole as many doubts that they can. Moreover, the technology is seamlessly effective and easy to use.
The UI of the wesbite can be a bit challenging to get a grasp of. There are a lot of powerful features and that is why it becomes confusing when starting to use the platform.
It has a very good filter firls that I feel is much better than the competitors. Even when used without LinkedIn Sales Navigator, the standalone platform is very adept in finding relevant information.
A tool that's rich in data and extremely user friendly is hard to find. Building up lists and being able to integrate it with our CRM has made my job far more efficient.
Not much. My only comment would be that graphics are slightly dated.
makes out reach much easier.
It's very easy to search and sort by industry, job title, and seniority level in the organization. This is important info when finding good leads or looking for more relevant information on a prospect or business partner. The interface is clean and intuitive and easy to save and update past searches.
It would be helpful if Cognism showed how many duplicates would be removed from searches/exports beforehand, by syncing with your CRM.
Cognism is helping us find potential customers in our niche industry that have shown intent signals for products similar to ours. It also is a great overall database for finding people with the right job titles for more cold ABM campaigns.
Mobile number access and the intent search
sometimes incorrect email and mobile details
Access to contacts who are actively searching for our services in the marketplace (intent search)
The fact that we can diamond (human) verify the contacts that are relevant to us is just so helpful.
Cognism does not show the LinkedIn profile link of individual contacts on the extension page. It would be a great feature to have.
It helps us to extract lead details. Moreover, it also makes it convenient to find relevant contacts for our prospect ICP.
The LinkedIN chrome extension is definitely my favorite feature. Combining Sales Navigator and Cognism to be able to push info to my Hubspot CRM is a big time saver for me.
It isn't a perfect art but I wish the email accuracy was a tad bit better at times. However with the turnover at companies, I also understand this challenge for any service.
Cognism is helping me to find my client persona at a much faster pace and more conveniently. Pretty good interface as well once you get used to all of the many options.
The functionality Cognism provides, especially if you have sales reps globally, this tool has contact information that is way more accurate than other data enrichment tools we have used. Gets very granular with the ways you can source contacts, accounts, and compelling reasons to reach out.
We use SalesLoft and we would love to be able to send a cadence right from Cognism so it removes the extra step of uploading to our CRM and then going into SalesLoft to send the email.
Innaccurate phone numbers and emails in EMEA specifically for our sales organization. We have ZoomInfo and they were unable to get crucial information in order to prospect.
Being able to load in contacts from LinkedIn's Sales Nav and match the data, and export lists as files / sheets to use.
Nothing as of yet! Maybe I haven't used it enough yet (only been in this role for just under a month), but it's been really helpful so far.
Cognism helps me find the right contacts and the right points of contact.
Fast, easy to use. It has a lot of direct numbers and 9/10 times they are correct, which makes my job as a BDR much easier. It's much better than zoominfo.
Before you are loading the extensio on a LinkedIn profile, you don't know what data you are getting. If I only get a hq number I would save the credit for a profile that has all details.
Reduce the time of finding all the contact details. You will have access to direct numbers fast, so you don't have to get stuck at only gatekeepers. I can target much more prospects in less time using cognism.
Information on companies beyond simple credentials like industry and location, such as 'technologies' which enables you to focus on individual customer segments and create hyper-focussed lists
A preference for US contact information so European numbers are harder to get hold of. Although, I am aware that they are ramping up the amount of European numbers so expect this to improve soon.
Sourcing business contacts and creating lists of companies to target which are specific to my targeted regions and industries. Enables me to create lists of contacts to send specific messaging to.
The use of filters help me to find the ICP's that meet my persona that I'm looking for and filter between mobile numbers and emails so I can reach out to them accordingly
Sometimes the numbers that are found are associated to other people with similar-sounding names or completely differrent people. Also, sometimes the emails that are found are completely wrong.
It helps me to reduce the time that I've been prospecting which has been allowing me to dedicate time elsewhere. Also the chrome extention helps to work seamlessly in other applications
The LinkedIn Salesnav extension is the feature I use the most and makes prospecting a much easier task.
When there aren't any contact details pulled through to the extension, but there are numbers / emails listed on the company website.
Saving time would be the key one. Not having to spend additional time sourcing contact info is huge.
The best part is the integrations with Salesforce and Outreach regarding exporting lists.
Sometimes the recipient data is wrong but that is rare.
Time management, collecting key prospect data and allowing my outreach to be much higher quality due to Diamond contact data.
Cognism is a useful website for prospecting and pairing with linked in allowing me to find future customers that fit out product portfolio helping them progress
Credit use , sometimes on linked in shows numbers i didnt need to see wasting credits
cognism is solving problems such as how to get in touch with linked in connections improving sales for me
Great contacts in there that have accurate phone numbers and email addresses.
The search criteria could be better so list building is more intuitive
It has been really valuable in helping us find relevant contacts to speak to about our services and helps us reach out to them
A very good user interface, and a good amount of data to define searches with. GDPR compliance was also a large benefit given my European role.
Adding and removing search filters can be challenging, along with building multiple lists. Better functions for sharing the collected data would also be of benefit.
It is allowing us to help target customers who would be interested in our technology, across a much wider geographical area than would be normally possible.
Simplisity, easy yo use and navigate. Working on my own, i need to feel confident in the tools i have to help me progress
Lists, i would like to do more with the lists.
Solving the mystery behind leads, we now can confirm who, what, where - this is when we look at a new lead, we can now find the contacts within it.
Finding and importing contacts from LinkedIn - it reliably gives you solid data to be able to contact someone, be that phone number, or email address. And if there is no data available, it is easy enough to request that the data is sourced.
Occasionally the Cognism sidebar ran slowly, but that seems to have been fixed in a recent update. Also the search feature within the cognism app could be a little bit more flexible, but overall it's pretty good.
Finding numbers and emails for prospects, meaning that I can find more data for the people I need to contact either for prospecting, or from a partnerships perspective.
The ability to reach decision-makers quickly and efficiently saving hours of work
Nothing so far, it takes a while to adapt and integrate, but that is expected with any web tool
Saving time to reach decision makers
The data is really good, especially with LI
Challenging to use through SFDC, so I tend to focus only on the Chrome extension
It's really easy to use the Chrome add-on to find leads when used alongside LinkedIn. Our team have found more data than ever before when using similar competitor products.
