The call quality! Our company was using another product before where the sound was only established after the client already said their name. Not so with Cloudtalk, it rings and I hear the client instantly.
The Salesforce integration so far isn't fully established yet, but our team, Salesforce and Cloudtalk are in touch

i like the ease of use and ability to tag calls and write notes.
i dislike that (to the best of my knowledge) you can not search for previous calls by tags.

It is easier to run a business when you know that any of your staff can answer the call as back up. Cloud Talk provides that feature.

Easy and intuitive user interface with efficient customer support. They helped me setting up the system and understanding the product. Everything went smooth.
They need to improve the payment methods (actually you can pay only by Debit or credit card). And IVR managment page is not yet implemented, but I'm confident they will add soon everything in place.

We work with Pipedrive, and it integrates with this CRM system very good.Its really user friendly system that has many great functionalities (like recording your calls in both systems)
There was an issue with tagging, but I have been informed they are working on it.
Many of my colleaguse work remotely and CloudTalk help us to keep overview about what is happening.
CloudTalk is a simple to use system that works. We've gone between RingCentral and FreshCaller and unlike these companies, CloudTalk doesn't force you into a contract. We're looking forward to all of the new updates that CloudTalk is releasing Q3!
CloudTalk currently does haven't SMS or a phone App which makes it inconvenient for people who have a lot of inbound activity. But these features are in the works and around the corner.
CloudTalk is a much more affordable system that can get small businesses setup quickly and using the phone system. Although their staff is on a different timezone than the US, they are timely and responsible.

Currently using basic features as well as advanced call routing such as personalized greetings , automated call redirection, blacklist of blocked phone number, real-time analytics. It reduced administration and infrastructure costs by eliminating the need to use multiple third-party communication services. Additionally, it helped to improve communication capabilities in and out of the company, and provided access to effective channels for all devices and locations.

Customer support was excellent - ( prompt and knowledgeable). Presentation of customer data is also easy to use and appreciated by sales rep.

Pricing model is not per user which is little bit odd and you have to pick from available packages. This is little bit inconvenient.

As every startup our goal is to provide great customer support and were trying to find phone system which would suit our needs and has integrations with tools we were already using, Help Scout and Intercom. And we also needed international numbers with toll free numbers as well, which we were able to buy very quickly.

Quite some functions are not relevant for cold calling. Seems like a lot of focus was put on the inbound part.
