The ease of use. It's incredibly easy to build a list of targeted leads to contact - and allows you to automate email sequences and calls to make contacting them hassle free.
As with using any CRM it can seem a bit alien when you first take a look. After using it for a couple of days I found it to be one of the best CRM's I've used and really struggling to find a down side!
Close makes it incredibly easy to target leads and automate follow up - reducing the time spent on admin. It's also great for reporting to track the success of campaigns.

Extremely easy to link email accounts to Close. It's also fantastic for creating sequences and assigning statuses to leads. Importing and exporting leads is also super easy to do. Bulk editing is fantastic for cleaning up your inbox. It really is an impressive piece of kit.
I truly don't see any downsides about Close. It's great value for money and is central to our business. I couldn't think of one area where our experience could be improved and I have used several other CRMs in the past

Upsides to using close are sending scheduled texts and being able to dispostion easliy allows to make sure no propects slip through the cracks and are all reached
Downsides are when sending a text message, double check you click "send". A lot of the times it will end up as a "Draft" and will not be sent out.
Able to seamlessly dial through hundreds of leads everyday in the smart view that are shuffled based on time zone. The scheduled task is also very helpful to not let leads be forgetten about
I like how easy it is and how fast you can do things. I ove to do things with speed. The faster you do things, the faster you get to your Sale and the faster you get to your Money.
For beginners it can be a bit complicated, but there still are very good instructions. Also for a beginner agency with no money on the start, it can be a bit pricy.
Close helps me do complete things faster. Even when you have a little bit of slow staff, close helps to gives everyone a little push to do things faster and more efficient.
It motivates you to make your prospecting life very easy and more accurate boosts sales definetley
I dislike that close doesnt have a mobile app other than that perfection
