As a dataprofessionel i admire the data-presenting options as well as the amount of options in regards to using the created dataflows in campaings.
Not much to dislike, actually, the overall experience is great.

The system is well documented and there is an in-app customer service chat which has a very quick respond time.
Moving defined business logic elements between components can be hard or impossible.

Efficiency, other software's do not have the vast amount of features that Bloomreach does—being able to complete a project from start to finish in one place.
Bloomreach offers a great UI, customization and excellent functionalities, top-notch B2B support, and an intuitive platform. Undoubtedly and upgrade to what we've been using previously.
Certain features can be included in the scenario builder - for example, I firmly believe that web layers should be a part of it. Furthermore, the fact that there can be items with identical naming is something I find less than optimal.
Bloomreach is providing us with a great mass marketing solution in the form of 'Exponea'. It has helped us greatly increase our productivity and aided us in adding variety and more personalization to the content we send out.

One of the best things about Bloomreach is the campaign personalization and the integrations with other systems. Also, the funnels allow us to generate conversions in a short time. The platform also has great support that is very helpful with specific (and more difficult) use cases.
The user interface is sometimes slow to load.
The significant benefit that we have realized from Bloomreach is we can now quickly implement and evaluate A/B tests. We can also send personalized emails with the right content at the right time. That greatly helps user activation. We are now also able to make the search of our product more manageable for our customers.

What I like best about Bloomreach is the real-time event tracking, the user-friendly interface, and the helpful and friendly support team. I also love that Bloomreach is committed to constantly improving and that new features are always being introduced.
On occasion, I find that Bloomreach’s documentation may not be sufficient to supplement the features or complete the integration of a certain portion of the product. There are certain technical limitations that would take some considerable time to have been implemented.
We are solving a multitude of problems with Bloomreach. Omni-channel campaign management has become easy to implement and benefit from since we have started using Bloomreach. Showing banners on our website and in our mobile app has become much easier and it has also become easier to send browser/mobile push notifications if a user has left our platform recently. Bloomreach has assisted us in effectively sending emails and SMS messages and adding users to a retargeting campaign if they stopped engaging with previous messaging. A/B testing and customer data management is also made much easier now with Bloomreach. Having a 360-degree customer view is very valuable.
The thing I like most about Bloomreach is the ability to execute omnichannel campaigns from a central starting point and control all elements of the process with a complete overview of every customer. In totality, the Bloomreach platform is fantastic. It is intuitive and straightforward to use with many excellent features. The support provided by the Bloomreach team is also excellent, and the live chat help desk team is brilliant at resolving issues quickly and effectively.
The thing that I dislike about Bloomreach is how biased out-of-the-box reporting is on campaigns and A/B testing. For example, I need to be able to change the A/B test on the results page of a scenario. Really the only downside to Bloomreach is the relative infancy of the platform can sometimes still be felt in the tool. Some small things can make some tasks cumbersome. I feel that some of these things could have been fixed before rolling out a few of the bigger features.
The company is solving problems we had with omni-channel campaigns and A/B testing. We now better understand our customers needs which is very important for our business.

We like the scope of Exponea's capabilities. We can create the scenarios we need and target the right audiences easily. The user interface is nice to work with, and looks clean. We're also happy with the quality and quantity of product documentation, which makes it easier to use the platform. And Exponea Academy has been very helpful for getting us up to speed with Exponea quickly. Last but definitely not least, we're very happy with the Exponea team – they're very friendly and always willing to help.
Although the documentation goes over the most commonly used use cases, it would be nice to have those as predefined templates in the actual product. We would like to have more templates for the most common email campaigns, scenarios, and use cases. It would be nice to only have to click a button and implement a use case. The documentation and Exponea Academy are a good substitute for now, but that's what we would like to see changed.
We use Exponea to manage all our email campaigns to our database, and it's been great for that. Since we help with the development of young people, we often need to get consent from their parents before they come to our events or complete applications for our programs on our website. Exponea helps us manage and track consents, and only send messages to the right people.

Have been working with Bloomreach for more than 6 months now and so far, I don't dislike anything.
Bloomreach helps us, in a simple way, to get the data that we need to improve our business.
The intuitive & user-friendly design of the system makes even the most complicated of tasks much more manageable. Having the freedom to input additional data aggregates/expressions to improve our targeting & reporting is incredibly valuable. The flexibility & power of the tool, showing the customers at each different point of a journey/scenario & being able to easily manipulate it based on what you see.
The reporting tools are incredibly powerful, but setting up some of the metrics with more advanced formulae can be slightly complicated & requires second & third checks.
We use Bloomreach as our CDP & execute all of our CRM activity through here. We're increasing the real-time functionality in phases so we can better communicate with our customers. Having all of our data (segmentation & reporting) in one location is incredibly beneficial and allows us to have complete control over what customers receive & when they receive it.

Bloomreach is a product that basically is limitless. I kept generating different ideas that were not out-of-the-box functions of the platform and never once did the support team tell me that the platform was not capable of doing that. The support team is always able to provide a solution because the platform works with all tools and the data-driven employees function on a highly technical level. Bloomreach is very agile and incredibly dynamic. The requirements can be implemented in a timeframe that is reasonable for everyone. We have enjoyed working with the experts from Bloomreach and the platform offers seemingly endless capabilities to our team. It shows in our numbers that our customers have enjoyed us going with Bloomreach.
I know that the team at Bloomreach is constantly working on documentation because the platform is always evolving. But I do think that the documentation can be more extensive at different places. Getting so many great different possibilities does require you to spend some time diving into the platform a bit deeper to get a knowledge base of things. Things that are not necessarily.a part of the daily business. This can put more tasks on all members of the team but does help to build knowledge. The more knowledge you have, the more effectively you can use Bloomreach.
The main benefit that we are realizing is that we can now executive highly personalized campaigns more rapidly. We have optimized our conversion rates by pinpointing our targeted segments through ram storage and tracking diversity. We have significantly increased our productivity and we have done this without having to rely on our IT team. Using weblayers and experiments has allowed us to see a significant reduction in the manual work for the content department. This is because of the different opportunities that Bloomreach's marketing automation offers us. In addition, we are really seeing some success with the omni-channel communication efforts with our base of users. We have a significantly better open rate thanks to Bloomreach because the message is reaching each customer at the best time for it to be opened.
