It's clean and simple to use. Instead of stuffing with a bunch of different features, they have only included ones that are super crucial and laid it out in a very intuitive way.

Nothing specifically. I believe the automations can be made more robust also more personalised. For example, being able to tweak it whichever way possible, that would be great.

The primary problem Bigin solved for me was the fact that most CRMs are designed for big and small teams alike, while smaller teams don't need as many features but want something that is intuitive and easy to use. This was the primary benefit we gained.

The email toppers system makes it hard to have a role based email that multiple people are using. Each team member had to have their own email account, and we dont love the way incoming emails work for new contacts, but we have figured out how to work with their system to make it work for us.

We needed a very simple and affordable crm for tracking our sales communications and splitting pond leads. This was a good solution for our small company, and the pricing is good for us as well.

Would ideally like 50 email templates, 50 workflow rules, 3 conditions and 5 actions as standard, But at least there is the option of buying extra email templates and workflow rules.

As of now there is nothing i dont like. It gets the job done for me. The UI is great, i think everyone should give this a try once. It's worth it.

O preço! Ele é muito barato para o que entrega em relação aos concorrentes. Além de ser modular, fácil de aprender, ser completo e ter diversas integrações.

Acredito que falta algumas personalizações em cards. Mas nada de muito grave. apenas uma opinião pessoal. No geral a ferramenta é ótima para o que se propõe.

The design of the Dashboard made my mind to use it very often, After started using this I closed more deals with ZOHO CRM

It's a little tricky to understand initially. I have invested too much time using the app.

Mainly with Followup. Its very easy to schedule and follow. Because of this ZOHO Bigin, I have closed my deal.
