As I am bootstrapping, I have to keep costs down and I love the fact that there is so much information available on the free plan until I can upgrade. There are lots of applications but the videos are helpful. Since I signed up, I have used this platform a lot. I also love the webinars that demonstrate how to integrate it with your cold email protocols. It is very easy to set up and start using. I have not had to use customer support yet. I use it a lot.
It may be my 5G wireless so I am not sure if this is an issue from my end or on the platform but it seems a bit clunky to load - that said, there is A LOT of information on this platform and I love the videos and the sequencing.
I have been using LinkedIn and most business coaches will tell you to email the actual email and not LinkedIn - so this is getting me information that I need but had a hard time finding (even on RocketReach).

nothing to dislike about apollo. SF intergration took a bit, but other then that, its a great platform and support is amazing. My team uses this daily.

I really find the search feature of the company useful. If I am unable to find an individual by the given name I have, I can search the organisation to locate them instead. I can alos see the relevant roles and management levels that puts me in touch with their peers and other relevant agents in the operation.
When no email is avalable - for those where known emials are evident in a known organisation for other indiviuals, guessed emails with a percentage of perceived success would be beneficial. If John Smith has no email but his colleague, Matt Black has [email protected], offering [email protected] as a GUESSED email with a 80% chance of success may be beneficial.
We are a consultancy who operate in sectors of the financial market. we know exactly who we need to be speaking to. The advisers we talk to are targeted contributors to our papers, events, strategy events, market studies, and insights programmes, even if they move around the industry (which some do, a lot) so Apollo is so incredibly useful to me in obtaining up to date contact information for the financial advisers that I need to speak to.
I learned about Apollo.io at the Vegan Women's Summit in Los Angeles. The person next to me at a seminar was talking about how they were able to reach out to key persons in their industry and connect meaningfully after using Apollo with LinkedIn. When I returned to Vancouver, I needed to reach out to many of the speakers with regards to business opportunities but their websites did not have direct emails or phone numbers for C-Suite individuals. I signed-up for Apollo.io and was immediately given access to the established and respected persons that have helped my career. I have no written many stories about the women leaders at the VWS and know that Apollo really helped me. I have recommended Apollo to everyone - from my interns to business associates - who seem stuck in figuring out how to get their voices heard.
I haven't experienced any downsides to Apollo except when the person doesn't actually want their information shared but that isn't Apollo's fault!

The database is very comprehensive and the functions are good, so it helps me great as a sales person.
The data available in Apollo is authentic. I have been using apollo for some time and all the email addresses I have found turned out to be genuine. I have converted leads from it also. It is very easy to uses also.
The costing is a bit high. Although it offers free credits every month which is good for a very small business but to purchase it have high cost. If am given some relaxation in the costing, then I will think of buying more credits.
One of the biggest problem for any small business is to find contacts to approach. Apollo is providing every detail of any individual or a company which can be used for cold emails, cold callings, or even sales. I am using it to find and verify emails of potential clients and I get accurate data. I have closed many deals just by finding the right contact details through apollo.

From prospecting to outreach, Apollo.io has become an indispensable tool that supports me every step of the way. You can do so many things, from finding leads to sending emails! But the best part, it's so user friendly and easy to find. When you run into trouble the support team is always there for you.

Finding qualified leads, and sending out emails.
I have been using Apollo to find the emails of hiring managers and leaders at companies I'm interested in. It's been so easy to use and helps me break the noise. While there are lots of other features I'm sure enterprise teams will benefit from, I only need it for a specific purpose: but it's has been absolutely incredible for that purpose.
It takes me a little bit of extra time to swap out names and companies in templates, but there's probably something I'm doing wrong there!
Job hunting. Finding C-suite and hiring manager emails helps me stand out from 90% of the applicant crowd.
I like how easy it is to use Apollo. Also, I'm notified when a prospect changes their job and that Apollo is a one-stop shop that does almost everything
I'm not sure if my emails end up in spam or not. I've tried another email platform and I had better open rates and even more responses. However, I cannot say for sure if it was the emails that worked better or the platform that I used.
Apollo has been really great with providing accurate emails and contact numbers.
This is an honnest review, this app as helped me find many b2b clients and I likely recommend you to use it to get you some clients for your niche because of the fact of how vast the database of potential leads is. I like the fact that you can connect a gmail account and warm it up for free

Find personnalized leads in my surrounding based on the criterias I give apollo.
It's easy to use. All you have to do is have the extension and just go through your potential contacts' LinkedIn profile - which is the bare minimum anyway if you're serious about your research. And from there, Apollo will give you their email address or phone, with very few exceptions. Reduces manual e-mail lookup by a ton, and it's much more efficient than a certain foxy competitor.
So far so good. For finding emails, it's super. I'm currently not using any other features.

Works as promised, super easy, great contact info! Easy to implement. Great Customer support. I use it every day. Tons of features. Easy to intregrate with.

The fact I can use every feature in sitting. I can scrape data, send emails, and follow up on my email campaigns is such a relief. There is ease of integration of all features also.

As a sales personnel, Apollo.io has been consequential in lead generation, seamless email campaigns, and follow-ups.
I have used other sales intel and lead generation platforms before, and I can honestly say the detailed sequences you can construct are by far the best! I really like how you can write from scractch but ask AI to check it for you, to make sure what your sending out has the best chance of getting opened and engaged with! It was really easy to implement and get searching for leads right away, on top of that I had no trouble connecting my other online tools!
While searching for companies in my targetted industry, I then build out a people list and add to sequence from there (rather than go straight to the people) I am not sure if I have a glitch, however it took me some times of several attempts to get my new search saved to the chosen list! Unfortunately I found that frustrating, however I got there in the end and it has worked fine since.
Most importantly it is generating my leads, without such a platform lead gen would be very laborious. Apollo makes this vital task easy and inredibly fast.
