The tool has facilitated the way to deliver courses, now it is easier to carry out logistics with large groups I like that the platform allows users to have different ways of interacting such as work groups and the whiteboard

I would like the controls to be more intuitive, this would help the instructors to have better control. I would like there to be customization options for the central panel. I would like the same tool to give recommendations for equipment for better use, speakers, microphone, etc. Sometimes Adobe updates force the user to have to uninstall the program, this generates a problem in the moment in which the participants of a course are in the middle of it. It would be very useful if the tool tells users what is the problem or error of its malfunction, for example, lack of microphone, lack of speaker or weak connection

From the problems that came with the covid, our company had to change its way of delivering courses. Adobe gave us a viable solution that our customers have accepted in almost 1 year now. Now we have a greater number of courses that we deliver digitally, this has positively affected the income of the company and the logistics of the courses.

can sustain alot of people in the same rooms, plus breakout rooms are alot usefull, all the pods available in the program are helpfull to motivate our sales teams like the door bell for exemple each time an operator sells he has the right to knock on the door bell so everyone can know he made a sale, sharing pod is also very usefull if we want to share a powerpoint with the team about a new product for exemple

sometimes the program lags and could have more add ons Also, sometimes when we start breakout rooms we are able to hear whatever is happening on the breakout room and thats not good, we create a breakout room for a reason and with this BUG we aren't able to do it the way we wanted to

I can get track on my team, control the sales, help out team members have meeting in adobe doing, its also usefull to do dynamics in adobe with the share pod for exemple, we are having a dynaimic right now with a train and numbers each time an operator does a sale he gets the right to pick the number and the number may have a prize or not

I love being able to customize my room with pods. It makes teaching so easy because I can easily drag the pods I need from the presenter area. The presenter area is one of my favorite things. I can pre-load in all the materials I need to make for smooth transitions during class. It is so easy to just drag and drop what I need and then drop it back into the presenter area when I am done. Students love the music and video clips that I am able to load into the classroom. Being able to personalize my room really helps make it more fun and user friendly. It works very well with how I teach. It is also very easy for students to be able to draw on the whiteboard and do group work. We also use the rooms for proctoring final exams, and I love that we can have so many students on webcam taking their exams at once. With the new update, we were able to customize the rooms with our school colors for further branding.

This year I have had some mic issues (not my microphone...it is the system), and there has been some lag since the update. Also, there isn't a mac update so I am not in the newer version which is a bummer.

It is a great way to interact with students in online classrooms. We use it for all student meetings and teaching sessions. We have individual conferences with families, club meetings, and full classroom sessions using Adobe. The html version has definitely helped with students being able to access the rooms has definitely improved. Adobe has definitely helped us connect more with our students and families.

I enjoy the wide variety of pod choices to fit my needs.

I do not have any dislikes other than when I upload a PDF it often distorts the view.

With Adobe Connect, I am able to meet with my students and their parents in a format that is friendly and easy to use. Many are intimated at first, but even after one use they welcome the opportunity to meet using Adobe Connect.

I do a lot of recurring trainings, and it's easy to build layouts, load powerpoints and resources, and have everything all set to go in the Adobe Connect room so that trainings run smoothly. The new upgrades have enhanced speed and functionality, and make the rooms and user experience more appealing.

It would be nice to have a blurred background option build in.

Many school dostricts are utilizing Zoom to continue their education during thr pandmeic. However they are selling themselves short because Adobe Connect is the ONLY platform that is useful for classrooms. I love the different pods that are available to use everyday. The students are able to nagivate Adobe Connect with ease!

There is nothing that I dislike about Adobe.

The fact that Adobe Connect is not only extremely user-friendly, but also offers any and all solutions to translate the experience of what we used to do in a face-to-face environment into a wholesome virtual experience.

Ability to add "cute" apps. Consistent connections.

Lack of "curb appeal". Not so easy to apply personalizations to the platform.
